Saysha was really nice and upon seeing the (minimal) extent of the repair, was committed to getting it fixed on the spot. When she needed an extra hand, she was able to snag a tech, Jorge, to come help. The two of them were able to get it in place and me on my way within 15 minutes of my arrival. “This review is long overdue my apologies to Bryan Ellison and the crew at West Valley. My son is a student athlete at the U and I'm located in So cal. We needed to find a local reliable and honest body shop to fix his truck. Unfortunately, a yellow parking post jumped infront of the truck in the Wallmart parking lot. Luckily fellow Ute fan recommended I reach out to Bryan, they ensured me he would get things taken care of. I emailed Bryan and he quickly replied. Long story short, Bryan and Tonya handled all the communication with our Insurance co and my son. The got the truck in quickly and repaired. “Definitely a late review relative to my interactions from 2 months ago, but better late than never.Chris is a very open and approachable man, and knows his stuff. He is always willing to go out of his way to answer questions, address concerns, and ultimately make sure the customer is satisfied.When my repairs were done, some of the body lines were misaligned. I pointed this out and Chris immediately got my car back into the shop and got it adjusted until I was satisfied. If I were to ever need body repairs again, I would absolutely go back. The prices are cheaper than somewhere like Caliber Collision, but the quality of the work is just as good, if not better than, Caliber Collisions.”
