We moved on base about a year's ago. Anytime we had problems maintance was always on it. We had our final out a few days ago and were worried from all the stories we heard. Honestly, it went great. They didn't try to overcharge us for anything and explained what our charges were for. They were overall great and extremely professional.

They are quick to respond to anything you need. Their staff are easy to talk to. They're very involved. Best military housing we've had in years!

My partner and I moved into one of the houses mid July and so far it's been great! Our unit was in an impeccable condition when we moved in . The few times we've had enquiries BHMH has been quick to assist and timely. Amenities are reliable. The only area that hasn't been pleasant is having to rake leaves around the house. We live in a unit surrounded by a big tree hence quite tedious to rake.Generally, I'd highly recommend BHMH!

I truly appreciate how Boyer Hill keeps residents engaged. Their Facebook page has great information for residents to stay informed on upcoming events and maintenance issues.

We have had such a positive experience since moving on base here at Hill. We were set about not moving on base, but decided it would be in our best interest to move in. We have loved living here so far, everything is always so clean and nicely taken care of. The staff in the office are also super friendly, very patient, and so helpful. They have answered all of our questions. Thankful to call this our new home!

BHMH Maintenance department is the best. My AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the summer and they were at my house repaired the unit within minutes of me submitting the maintenance request. It was up and running total time in less than an hour. Thanks BHMH Maintenance team for a job well done!

I agree with the other 1 star reviews about price gouging military members. They charged my troop $15 to replace a single bedroom light bulb too. They also charge double MSRP to replace a garage door opener (I looked up the model number). Notice how instead of justifying their ridiculous upcharging, they merely respond "it's on the inspection list." That is besides the point and YOU KNOW IT. This company has every incentive to ding you during your move out inspection since they're making a killing off of it, and they clearly have no intention of changing their policies. Save your fake pleasantries on here and make CHANGES. You know exactly what the grievances are by now, stop playing games and making halfhearted excuses. Don't invite me to contact your office unless it's for you to tell me you aren't marking up cheap light bulbs by 1000% anymore.

Military housing on Base is very nice. Get rid of the retirees though, they should not be living in base housing especially when young airman need a place to stay with the high cost of living in the Salt Lake area. It is unacceptable. They should realize that they are retired and move on. This coming from a retiree.

Their late night maintenance team is very quick to respond and after my power went out 3 times over the weekend within maybe a few hours of each other they fixed the problem late at night which is definitely appreciated!

We’ve been living on base the last 6 months and we’ve surprisingly enjoyed our time here! We've never lived on base before and were always pretty set on never living on base. However, since moving to Hill from overseas, BHMH has made our first experience really pleasant!

Move in process went smooth, Many maintenance requests or concerns have been handled in a very timely manner, and it is a very safe community. The downside, they take all your BAH. And they will find a reason to charge you for something during move out.

They charged me $30 to replace TWO basic light bulbs during my final inspection. Lesson learned, I suppose. I asked why they were charging me so much and was told, "it's because they're the LED ones." Not even a good lie. Just admit your company price-gouges military members. Might explain the lawsuits.Look up packs of LED light bulbs on Home Depot. Cost-per-bulb averages well under $2. They are seriously charging over $10 in labor for EACH light bulb they have to screw in.Maintenance will already be returning to the house to replace carpet. Couldn't you just be decent people and not up-charge so much for 2 additional seconds of your time?Roger was very nice though and I don't blame him for his company's policies.

I wanted to say thank you to the entire Boyer Hill team supporting Hill AFB residents. You hear a lot of horror stories about living on base, but I spent four years on base and maintenance was always available to come out the day after I called about a concern. The employees at the office and housing mx office were always very professional and courteous. When I completed my final out I felt the process was fair and transparent. We did have to pay to have our carpet replaced due to stains. That's fair and I'd expect no less if I was going to be the family moving in next. I was happy there was a pro rated cost based on the age of the carpet.
