Sent it to the deals and got myself a free engine. Will only take my vehicles to these guys. “I do most the work on my cars so it’s hard to admit you need help.
We had them take a look at what I thought was going to be the end of the world.
But the tech saw what I couldn’t and diagnosed a much easier problem to repair.
Not only that they pointed out some other important things that need to be taken care of.
They shared pictures and details about the inspection by text so I could see and understand better.
When I didn’t have them fix everything they were very curious and kind. (No guilt trips)
This is the first interaction with Hadley’s since my uncle sold the place and I have to say I am so very impressed with what they have done!

“I had my front Jeep windshield replaced on Friday May 10th. I washed my Jeep right before I took it to them. They scratched my driver side mirror. You can clearly see where they stood on the running boards by the mirrors. I’m pretty sure it was someone’s belt buckle. I’ve been coming to them for years and was super happy with them. I haven’t contacted them but i highly doubt they would do anything about it. I’m sure it would be the standard it wasn’t us routine. I think they have expanded too fast and lost sight of quality control. I’d think twice before going to them. I’d happily change my review if they step up but no one really does that anymore.

I was really surprised today! The owner reached out to me and has offered to replace the damaged mirror. I offered to do the replacement if he would order and pay for the mirror. He has already ordered the mirror from the Jeep dealership. I stand corrected! This company did indeed step up to the plate and make it right. I have changed this review to 5 star and will continue to use them in the future. I will post updated pictures once the mirror is replaced.

“The customer service is amazing!! Doug makes every visit into that shop from brakes to turbos exceptional. They work as hard and as fast as they can to make sure you are satisfied and on your way. I went in and got my turbos replaced and one of the fittings from ford kept failing due to a bad design flaw. Doug and Cody would not give my truck back until it was 100% fixed. To make this situation even better I was leaving on vacation that night and unable to pick my truck up in time. they wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied so they delivered my truck to me. I will be using Cody’s Auto for a very long time.”

I've been to Chesty's five or six more times since I left my review below, and everything I said below is still true and then some. These guys do the best job, are the fairest, and are the most honest repair shop I've ever been to, and I've been to many.

Chesty's is a different kind of auto shop. Honestly. The three attributes that make it diffetent in my eyes are:
1) Honesty
2) Skill
3) Service
Honesty - You can *know* that Chesty's will never suggest a part or service for the purpose of upselling you. They honestly don't roll that way.
Skill - Miguel is a *great* mechanic, and he hires other excellent mechanics.
Service - Miguel provides truly great service to his customers, the best you'll find.
Besides providing service to customers, he provided it to our great country as he's a veteran, in fact, asva Marine. I am as well, and the shared experience of hell, er, Marine Corps boot camp, ensures there is a strong bond of respect there.
I'm 71, and Chesty's is the only auto repair place I'll be using for the duration.

“A driver ran a red light while I was turning left on a protected arrow hitting my new Mazda CX5 causing significate damage. Valley Collision Ogden demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and customer service in repairing my car. Two thumbs up to Jacob and Lindsey as well as the rest of the staff. Jacob bent over backwards to make me happy which is not easy, I’m pretty fussy. He was always of good cheer. Lindsey was always a pleasant and welcoming voice any time I called in. Valley sent out regular texts to let me know my car was on schedule. My car was ready by the estimated completion date. I highly recommend Valley Collision Ogden and will use them again.”

“We recently had a check engine light pop up on Mrs. Jeep and after a Google search, she found Paul's Automotive to have favorable reviews that said they were good mechanics and well-priced for the work done. We were able to get in quickly, they ran diagnostic tests sourcing on the issue and gave a reasonable quote for the work and parts needed, we agreed and they began the work. They were very busy and we were lucky to get our vehicle in and back so quickly. After everything was done, they sent a text, we drove down, paid and we were happy with the speed of their service and the services provided. We'll keep Paul's automotive in mind for future needs. “A few days ago I had my Toyota Corolla pick-up repaired and serviced by Jones Complete Auto Care on Redwood Rd. It needed a new radiator and new shocks on the back. They took care of those and gave it a tune-up as well. I don't think my truck drove this well
when it was brand new. Really remarkable. I highly recommend them.”
“I come from a long line of of mechanics. I however am not a mechanic. I had a relatively simple issue, just time consuming in a cramp location. A busted nut on a alternator tension arm in a honda fit. The guys got it fixed up in a couple hours and charged me fairly. I'll definitely be coming back.”

I thought I had a blown head gasket on my 1999 Land Cruiser, based on my own and other mechanics' diagnoses. I received several quotes, with most unwilling to work on it unless they replaced the entire engine. I was quoted as high as $15,000 to fix the issue. Burns was able to identify something that others couldn't: an "idle up vacuum solenoid for the power steering, which most typically do electronically but in these years, it's done hydraulically by Toyota. This solenoid was sending power steering fluid into the intake".
These guys potentially saved me over $14,000!!! Thank you, Burns!!

“Listen, I can not RAVE about this shop enough. The people who work there are ALWAYS so so kind and helpful. Cars are by FARRRRR not my strong suit, BUT they never talk down to me. They always are helpful and honest and they always explain things in neutral tone, as a woman, I couldn't be more grateful. They are willing to talk things over the phone and then schedule an appointment. They are just so kind and caring. When moving a lot, it's always nerve-racking finding a new shop for cars, but this one should be your go-to, and it's right on base! (So if you have to tow your car there it's not too far) big fan of them!”
