Had to emergency stop on Friday after 5. I was recommended this auto shop by another one because it was super close. I read on their website that they had an after hours phone number. I called and no one responded. I kept calling all weekend (as well as their other numbers that were posted) and still got no response.

Honestly I’ve been quite upset, They over filled my trucks oil by like two quarts. Edit: Went in for a meeting to discuss the problems I was having which I felt went well, they were willing to work with me to repair the relationship and fix the problems I was having.

Since Ticker/ Virgil have taken over, this place has provided great service and has been very trustworthy. Paul was honest and educational, and I couldn't recommend these guys any more. 10/5 stars

Their service center was open and honest about the work that needed to be done. They sent you updates about any problems that they found and gave you the opportunity to approve or decline the services advised. No surprises for the final bill. They cared about the work they were doing, and returned our vehicle to us in tip top shape.
