“Awesome how they have a self serve car wash! It lets us wash our car that has a bike rack on it, which can't go through a normal car wash. You can even save money if you're faster. They charge a cent per second you use the self serve car wash. Great!”

“Dre is the man! Went to the ford dealership to have our AC checked (and for a recall on the car). They didn’t even fix the recall and instead quoted us about $2000 to fix 4 different parts associated with the AC. We left and found Utah Auto Repair Services online. After a quick call he let me know that they were likely wrong about it and had us drop it off. In a few days he had run some tests and kept me updated each step of the way. Our radiator fan ended up being the root of the problems. All in all we were able to get everything taken care of for under $500 here! He even checked the brakes for free and fixed some dents in the car that have been there for years at no cost. He dropped the car off to our home as well. Highly recommend for anyone looking for honesty and fair pricing when it comes to car servicing! Definitely a more casual experience than traditional car repair shops/dealerships if that’s not for you. But we will definitely be coming back again and referring others as well.”

“These guys were fantastic! They are fast, affordable, and super nice. They listened to the issues I was having with my car and were straight forward with me about not needing to change my filter yet. It was so refreshing! When I have gone to oil change places in the past, they have talk down to me and tried to sell me things I didn’t need because they think that since I’m a woman I wouldn’t know anything about cars. These guys were the exact opposite! They were super respectful and got me exactly what I needed.I especially appreciated how they went out of their way to show me that the oil was filled and what the filters look like. From the way they were talking to each other and their manager, I could tell they have a positive team environment and they weren’t afraid to double check each other‘s work. It’s nice to know my money is going somewhere that supports a positive work environment.I think that might even be required to double check everything they do. I was super impressed! “The customer next to me in the waiting area thought it was okay to blare mariachi music from his phone in public. Finally had to walk outside and wait in order to get some peace and quiet. Other than that, Crazy Dave's was pleasant and affordable. They mounted each tire for $25 and rotated tires for $10 each. The technician that did the work was happy fellow and seemed dedicated to his profession.”

“Got new tires on my car first thing in the morning. Unusual/uneven wear brought about a recommendation for alignment. I had read a recent Facebook thread in which Ricky's name was mentioned half a dozen times as "THE" mechanic to use. Driving away from the tire shop I called Ricky and explained the situation and asked if there was any way he could work me in since I had the day off. Ricky said, "Come over right now and I'll squeeze you in". I was so grateful I wouldn't have to take another day off work. Ricky was so genuine, honest, quoted a more-than-fair price and promised to get me out and back on the road, which he did. Best mechanical services and best customer service. I've already referred a friend to Ricky! 10/10 recommend!!”
“My wife loves this place, she's able to stay in the car with the kids and they do a quick and good job. I decided to bring my car here because they have a jack strong enough to lift my car and rotate my tires when I get my oil change. To my surprise when I went in the first time they told me my oil still looked clean and that I probably didn't need an oil change yet??!? I really appreciated the honesty, they've got a new customer in me for life. They even did my air pressure even though I didn't get the oil change. Top notch service.”

“There was only one service tech there doing everything so they recommended that Ii go to another Grease Monkey that had a mechanic on site that could do all I needed done, but I didn't have a ride, in case I needed to leave my car there for awhile, so I left my car at the original location and had them do what they could. They were very courteous and helpful and got my car serviced as soon as they could. By the time my car was ready to go, there were a couple more techs to help out.
I'm giving a 4 star rating only because there was only one service person there. The service and the tech get 5 stars.”

Running another errand in my wife's car, I popped into Burts to ask if they will do my rotation for free since I bought the tires there. A.woman behind the counter said yes, but the guy RUNS the place apologized to me that the staff had not explained this when I bought the tires.
The truth is that they did - I'm just old and forget stuff sometimes. ?
If he's willing to apologize for a tiny transgression that didn't even happen, what do you think they'd do made a mistake?
