“This place is awesome! My phone got wet on a trip and I was wanting to salvage the photos. We went to two Apple stores and received zero help, they all said the memories were gone. They didn’t even look at the phone and were really dismissive and couldn’t have cared less about us. Everything was the opposite here. Dan was super helpful and thorough. He went over options and made sure we had everything they needed to take care of it. Sophie was the only tech working but did a great job recovering all of the data. Apple told us it was lost, but here they actually listened and saved the day. I have always gone to Apple for issues, but it is clear that here they not only care more about their service, but know more than the Apple “Genius” Bar. Even though they were short staffed, they gave us amazing service! I would recommend them to anyone! Fair prices too!”

“Had a bad experience with with orem and provo locations. The manager at the pleasant grove Location was surprisingly working by hisself but managing more than one person but was still able help me with my issue. He not only convinced me to stay, but i also upgraded my phone and plan. For this to be an Authorized dealer, he seemed more knowledgeabe than the cooperate locations and def more welcoming. Wait time could be better, as I said he was alone and i waited almost 15 minutes, but overall a great experience and I will Def be returning to this location for future business. Highly Recommended.”

“I had a very unique situation where I got my phone and wallet stolen. Took roughly 24 hours to get a new phone shipped and set up. The whole team at this location was extremely patient and above and beyond. Ashton, Abby, Nick, Devon, Tanner and Sierra offered me the highest quality of customer care. Another T-Mobile location was not very helpful however this location and its team went above and beyond. Team is on 10!”

“I’m not one to normally leave a review but- I had a really unfortunate experience going to the Pleasant Grove location to get my new phone, the guy made me super uncomfortable and set up my new phone completely wrong. After I left and tried fixing it myself, I decided to call the Orem location and see if there was anything they could do for me. The guy who answered the phone was extremely nice and told me to come in and he’d be able to help me. Just upon walking in, I could tell this location was 1000x better. I was greeted warmly and was helped almost immediately. I believe Adam helped me (I’m not great with names lol so I could be wrong), he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He got everything moved over to my new phone correctly and was very patient. I could also tell that all the employees were all on the same page and worked together as a team. I would recommend this location.”

Not only were they able to get me a new phone, but they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Truly an asset to this location!! He listened to what I was looking for, for my business needs and offered me multiple solutions and let me have the final decision. I felt at ease with him the whole way! I also wanted to change something on my current plan and he walked me through calling corporate to accomplish that and made the process 10x’s easier for me! “I had been pressured into buying an Apple Watch when I needed to get a new phone while visiting Texas. After a couple of weeks I knew I didn't like it and used the chat option with T-Mobile customer service. I was told I had a 30 day buyers remorse and could return it with a full refund to any store. When I went to the nearest store to me the day before my 30 days were up, I was told that the 30 days was only if you ordered the watch and if you bought it in store it was a 14 day return period. They would not take it back so I chatted with someone else that told me they would take care of me and help me get the watch returned. They then said they would call me personally on Monday to take care of it. He never called. I chatted with a couple of other people and spoke to a "supervisor" on the phone that again said he would call me back the next day. It never happened. I finally called a couple of days later and that person told me I could not get my money back but I could take it to any store and they would be able to help me return it. I happened to be in Highland visiting my sister and saw this store was close so I brought my issuers to them. Zak J was awesome! He read all the notes, was trying to help me in every way he could. They were not going to let me out of my contract with the watch because it was over 30 days. But he and his manager was able to override the system and let me return it! Zak even gave me a $10 credit because they weren't able to cancel the line and I would hav Roy pay for it for one more month. So thank you Zak for going above and beyond. I felt heard and valued.”
