This CVS never has my medications ready. They are always asking me to come back 30 minutes later even though they’ve had the prescription for over a day. I wait in lines for 30+ minutes. I keep going back to them because it is the closest pharmacy to my house but every time I leave so frustrated. They are nice about it, but it doesn’t make up for wasting an hour of my day. My recommendation when using this pharmacy is to call ahead to make sure medication is actually ready and they have all the information they need. They will not call you if something is missing or if they are out of stock and don’t have it.

This is a review of corporate CVS. I’m only attaching it to this location so they know where they are screwing up. Due to having to shop around every month to find someone with my family member’s ADHD prescription in stock, I can definitively say that CVS has the WORST, most patient unfriendly phone menu in the business. Your phone bots and app cannot answer every question! And then after I navigate that aggressively unhelpful phone menu, we get to the problems with the location itself.
You have your locations so understaffed that the phone wait times are abominable. I spent 20 minutes listening to your terrible hold music today, and last week I spent 10 minutes waiting to talk to someone at your American Fork location.
And finally, the staffing issues make it take forever to actually get a prescription. Last week the American Fork location was so backed up they told me it would take TWO DAYS to get my kid’s prescription filled. Today, I asked the pharmacy to work on my prescription quickly because I needed to leave town. An hour later—2 ½ hours after the prescription was sent—it hadn’t even been started.
CVS is the closest pharmacy to my house, and I usually end up buying several other items while I’m there. But the customer service is so bad that I will be switching most or all of my prescriptions to another company.
Invest in your business, CVS. Hire enough people that they can actually accomplish the job in a reasonable amount of time.

Pick another pharmacy. This place is mismanaged and cannot fill orders timely.

This Highland location is literally the worst. They have definitely earned the 2 star rating. Prescriptions (basics ones like amoxicillin) are NEVER ready on time, despite 12 hours of advance notice. Almost every time I go to pick up a prescription, they tell me it's not ready and it will be another 15 min...even when I know it was ordered as a refill the day prior. They are not proactive about communicating to the customer that medications are not available (frequently the case). I've been in the drive thru line for 15 min and then they just close the window for lunch when I finally get to the window. Currently i have been on hold for 14 minutes to try to talk to someone. I have never seen a CVS pharmacy this behind and disorganized.

The pharmacy is so unbelievably rude! The employees don’t care about you at all! I’ve had to drive down and get mad at them multiple times and they just don’t even care. Honestly I wish they could get 0 stars

The pharmacy is horrible! The bald guy, without the beard, especially! So rude and so unhelpful. They wanted to give me tamiflu on the 7th day ?

I can’t begin to describe how frustrated I am with the pharmacy. They do not care at all. I need tamiflu as soon as possible and they said it would not be available until friday(it’s Tuesday) which by then it wouldn’t matter because you can only take tamiflu in the first couple days. I then tried to call them and was on hold for 20 minutes. I decided to drive over there while still on hold. There was no one in the line and one car in the drive thru with 3 employees just sitting there. And the phone was beeping with 3 calls, one of them mine. The man was so beyond rude to me and wouldn’t even give me a straight answer. He told me to call other cvs pharmacies to see if they had tamiflu in stock and, the other pharmacy would call highland cvs to have them transfer the prescription. I replied with,”will you answer your phone when they call?” And he literally could not give me an answer. I said,”just give me a yes or no answer.” He just shrugged his shoulders. I have had so many problems with cvs over the years and I am so fed up. I will NEVER be going back and I sincerely hope that the employees are fired. I didn’t get the guys name, but he was bald, about 5’1” tall I’d say, and in a black Under Armour jacket. Fr tell your friends and family to never ever go there!!!!!

The drive through is the slowest of anywhere I have ever been. They really need a better process.

Would give it 0 stars if possible. Had a prescription called in - received a text notifying me that insurance wouldn’t cover it so I called to let them know that I’d like to have it filled and based on previous reviews, I just let it ring for hours. And called again. And again. And again. And again. Not once was the phone answered. Either way, the text notification linked me to CVS and indicated that my RX was in processing and should be ready the following morning. The following morning came and my prescription was nowhere to be found. Never in my life in this day and age have I encountered anything like this. I would love to know this place stays in business.

Waited in the drive through for over 15 mins, while at the same time holding on the phone yet no-one answers .... Pull out of the drive-through, go inside, and told it's going to be a 15 min wait Really??? Why so slow? And if I look at the other reviews its basically the same comments. I guess they don't feel the need to do any better!

We got in the drive through at 15 minutes before closing. A gal looked out, and saw who was in line. We were the 3rd car back, but It took OVER 10 minutes to help the truck in front of us, and by the time they drove off it was 6:02. As we drove forward they closed the window and put down the screen. SERIOUSLY?!?!? You could see who had been in line before closing. You couldn’t stay 5 minutes and help the few people who were already in line? Come on CVS

Pharmacy is unbelievably slow! And unpublished lunch for the entire staff to take lunch at the same time. So, they close the pharmacy at 1:30... And to get a jump on lunch they may have "computer problems" adjacent to lunch. So plan on waiting at least 30-60 minutes to pick up a prescription and you may have to come back multiple times.

Wish I could give them a 0. This is the WROST pharmacy I have ever used!! They have zero customer service skills. The only reason they are still in business is due to the fact that they are only drive thru pharmacy in the area. My doctors office sent in a medication on a Friday morning, I went called the automated system (good luck talking to a real person) and it informed that my medication would be ready by that evening However, after waiting in the drive-thru for 30min I was told the medication had not come in yet. They told me to try back tomorrow and suggested calling before I come to the store. I informed the employee that I called the automated system and that's why I'm here. She said to call the pharmacy directly. I told her that i have been placed on hold for over 45min when attempting to talk someone over phone. Her rely shocked me to say the least. She stated that they simply do not answer the phone because they are under staffed!!! But- hey call before you come down! In the end she told me to call around to other pharmacies if I want my prescription filled. They don't have the time..

I would give zero stars if I could. Needed to call and ask a question about a medication. I waited on hold for 45 minutes and no one answered. By that time I was able to sneak away from work and drive over there. I stayed on hold the entire time. By the time I arrived at the pharmacy I had been on hold for over an hour. When I arrived at the pharmacy there were zero cars in the drive-thru and no one in line at the pharmacy inside. The phone was giving an audible alert that there were four calls waiting. There were four people working in the pharmacy. None of them made any effort to answer the phone. I waited for someone at the counter for another five minutes before I could get my question answered.Bottom line, if you can avoid using CVS, and specifically avoid using this location, then I would strongly suggest avoiding it.
