They aren't going to answer the phone...just so you know. I had quite the run around. But looks like that's common here. Giving 2 stars because they actually do work hard. But, man are they understaffed.

This pharmacy has gone down hill fast. I've gone there for years and it was fine but for the third time in about 5 months I have waited a long time for service and then been told they don't have record of a script being called in. They blame it on everyone including their answering machine etc. so today was my last visit. They are too busy, the lines are long and the techs are short with the customers.

The care pass is the most useless thing ever I used it for like 4 months then realized it's not worth it. But the real thing is that it's the most aggravating thing to cancel like 45 minute call to cancel!

I started going to this cvs due to insurance listing them as a " preferred" pharmacy. I thought it couldn't be worse than Express Scripts, so I tried them out. Worst mistake EVER! I can never get any one to answer the phone, regardless of what part of the day it is. I've wasted hours just sitting on the phone to talk to a pharmacist. If they are just that busy, I suggest getting someone to just answer phones! It has been a nightmare. When I do have an RX to pick up, the wait at the drive-in is just as bad. The absolute slowest pharmacy I have ever used. I have called smiths and will be immediately transferring to them! No one has time to just wait. Step up CVS!

I don't normally write reviews but their pharmacy is so bad I had to. Don't get your prescriptions filled here. They don't answer their phone and they are very rude when you go in to get them filled.

Pharmacy employees are extremely rude and noisy like your job ain't to question what my doctor sent your job is to put a bunch pills together, check they id get the payment/insurance and kind your damn business BYE

They have one good tech there, the rest are mean and unwilling to help. It's a shame too, because I love the location. But the service is the WORST

I spent literally an entire day trying to fill a prescription here. Through that process, I was told it would be ready and when I went to get it they didn't have it. I had to call them several times and wait on hold for 45 minutes, I was hung up on and when I went in for the second time they were closing early and told me tough luck try the American fork office! I had told them several times that I desperately needed the medication for my very sick child. They failed me that day. I will never go back.

The pharmacist are good the new pharm techs are a bit short with customers and act like they are pharmacist.. A few good techs left or transfered out sad when staff keeps changing and changing. Not consistent with staff overall.

Second visit here and even though it's only been two visits, I've had premium, fantastic service each time! The first time I came in, one of the associates was so nice to my little girl, that she fave her a beanie baby from a promotion they were having. Second time today and I was greeted warmly by both associates up front and quickly asked me if I can be helped with anything. Although the first item I was looking for today (a thermos cooler for the car that stores cold drinks) was not available (they haven't received their summer items yet) I was able to get the second item I was looking for. In addition to that, I had 2 digital coupons that took six dollars off my total cost. One of the management team members, by the name of Bobby Allen, or AKA Eugene was the one who helped me check out my items and he went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer! Although this location is not the closest one to home, I will happily return because of the supreme customer service I received!

Ok, I dropped my prescription off two days ago and was told it was going to be ready the next day. I was then told the next day that my prescription wasn't even processed and that they were out. So I come again today and they haven't even filled it. Other stores told me that highland had the drug in stock but I guess not. The night time crew is always so mean about what I'm filling. I feel like they think I'm a drug addict or something but I'm not since I have problems just like a normal person who needs the prescription to live normally. It's frustrating and I am going to start making the journey to AF since they know how to treat their customers right

I have used this pharmacy since it opened. There is one employee who I'm really impressed with. His name is Cameron. Cameron has gone above and beyond for my family to get our prescriptions filled through our insurance and to make sure we are cared for. His compassion and understanding are not things I typically see in pharmacy employees. He deserves a shout out for all he's done. If you use this pharmacy look for Cameron. He will make sure you're well taken care of!
