“The process this time was better than the last loan I got with you. So it’s improving. But man! It still takes so long with nothing to do with me. I sat in the branch for over an hour without anyone asking me any questions. Just waiting while the employees typed away on their computers. If you have all the info you need, why do I need to wait so long? Especially considering you email the applications for signatures now. That’s awesome!”

Kaitlyn was very friendly during this review after a review of my coverages, Kaitlyn was able to save me approximately $300 per month on my auto coverages, and approximately $200 per month on my homeowners coverage. The process was quick and efficient. Kaitlyn was able to present the information and benefits of coverages on each policy in a clear and understandable manner. Leaving the branch, I felt confident that Kaitlyn was looking out for my best interests and getting me the best possible coverage. I was so confident and happy with the process that I referred my daughter and her husband to meet with Kaitlyn for their insurance needs.
