“Awesome how they have a self serve car wash! It lets us wash our car that has a bike rack on it, which can't go through a normal car wash. You can even save money if you're faster. They charge a cent per second you use the self serve car wash. Great!”

As our Lexus was towed away. We had the usual and painful fear that our car might be DOA in spite of our attempts to provide all the TLC it could possibly need. To our surprise and delight, Canyon contacted us later that day indicating that the cause for our problems was the "small battery" meaning the regular 12 Volt Battery versus the large battery pack used by our hybrid. We were so elated and to add to our relief we found that Canyon's prices were very reasonable. Add to that the invitation to come and pick up our car and they would contact us later for payment...a huge element of trust, something often missed in society today. We could not be more pleased with Canyon's service, pricing and honesty. Thanks guys.

I was tasked with providing transportation of supplies for a youth camp Thursday afternoon. However, my passenger side front 4x4 actuator went bad and I was pinched to get it fixed asap. I took my truck in on Tuesday and had it back Wednesday night. I was able to make the camp with no issue. John even worked with my warranty company (not an easy task) without complaint. To give you insight into their service mindset, please indulge in a quick story.
Running another errand in my wife's car, I popped into Burts to ask if they will do my rotation for free since I bought the tires there. A.woman behind the counter said yes, but the guy RUNS the place apologized to me that the staff had not explained this when I bought the tires.
The truth is that they did - I'm just old and forget stuff sometimes. ?
If he's willing to apologize for a tiny transgression that didn't even happen, what do you think they'd do made a mistake?
