Not only do they have the best rates on the market, their customer service is unmatched.I submitted my latest application on Sunday night and first thing upon business open today I had a call from Rhyen, the best member services representative I've ever worked with. She had my loan approved and wrapped within a couple of hours, and it was no easy task. I'm in the middle of a move, needed to supply several documents, and was buying a car from a dealer out of state. She was so efficient throughout the entire process, sending updates via text message and providing solutions to every obstacle that come up along the way.Not only did I secure an amazing rate on a new car, I felt that Rhyen and Alpine had my back every step of the way.If you're looking for a loan on a new car, recreational vehicle, or anything in-between, Alpine CU needs to be your first stop.”

I'm writing this review because of my 3 interactions I have had with Manny at this location on 3 separate days have all been 5 star experiences. Manny is polite, asks great questions and makes sure I have all of my questions or concerns answered. “The process this time was better than the last loan I got with you. So it’s improving. But man! It still takes so long with nothing to do with me. I sat in the branch for over an hour without anyone asking me any questions. Just waiting while the employees typed away on their computers. If you have all the info you need, why do I need to wait so long? Especially considering you email the applications for signatures now. That’s awesome!”
