The manager was more worried about texting and being on her phone. She did not talked to me and had terrible customer service. As she handed me my items o purchased she said here and went back to her phone, terrible experience and will not be coming back.

Not sure what the point of making a vaccine appointment is. I had to wait 45 after my appointment time. Poor experience

Waited in line for medication, 2 cars in front of me took 30 mins (still didn't get to the window). Left and went home and called the store to get hours in case they close. Was answered and immediately put on hold, song plays and 10 mins goes by it rings, she answered (No reply) again and puts me on hold with no answer, 10 more mins goes by and same thing. This happened 2 more times. Get fed up go there to get the meds and find out they don't have the submitted notes to get it. Whoever the manager is, is a piss poor leader and this staff needs a revamp. I cannot believe how you are treated here. There are maybe 2 employees with good customer service (one in the pharmacy and one at the fedex table) everyone else should be reprimanded or fired.

Been on hold for over an hour currently and have been multiple times in the past for a 2 minute phone call just to get my dogs medication ready for pick up. This location is horrendous. Their staff is lazy and unfriendly. They will also simply hang up on you if they don't want to answer the phone.

Very long wait times for a prescription to be ready. Called several times and told it would be ready. Went to pick it up the next morning and it still wasn’t ready. Super frustrating.

I go to do of my rx they are closed. I go back to do off the rx, they said 2 hours. I get a notice of a delay,I call them, and they said that's just how it goes into our system. It will be 2 hours. I told them I was told that 1 hour ago. They said they would try to rush it. This is not the first time I have had problems. I have had numerous problems with pick-up orders. They say they are out of an item, and I walk in and have to buy it. I only do curb side when i am sick. No more. They will lose my business.

Walgreen’s service, in general, has deteriorated over time. The Herriman location will lose our business.We continually experience problems with the app and Walgreen’s attempting to refill prescriptions that are not necessary, or requested. When I attempt to remove a prescription from my profile, or de-select auto refill, the app always gives an error saying that there is a problem and the medication can’t be removed at this time. Once they decide to fill a medication, I will cancel it in the app. The app shows cancelling but they will refill it anyway.Today, I received a notification that said there was a problem with a prescription, and I needed to call the store. I called the Herriman store at 1:25 and was put on hold for 5 minutes. At the 5 minute mark, the line was picked up and immediately hung up. I immediate called back and was met with a recorded message stating the pharmacy staff was at lunch, beginning at 1:30. So they put me on hold until their lunch break began, picked up the line to hang up on me so they could go on break for an hour and a half.I called the store and spoke with a manager who simply said sorry but there was nothing they could do. They have lost my business completely.

I get a text stating my prescription is ready for pick up, I drove 30 minutes to pick up to be told it wasn't ready..then told to wait or come back. Don't waste my time, send the text when it's ready not tell me oops after I've driven 30 minutes to pick it up

Store was mostly well-maintained and clean (the toy section was a little chaotic), but the cashier was super friendly.Lots of parking spaces right in front of store.

Over an hour for 3 routine vaccines for a 12 year old, with an appointment. All while also having my 2.5 year old in tow. At several points there was nobody in line for a while. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked how much longer they were thinking and they couldn't give me an answer but could tell me that something within their system, not my insurance, was not allowing something to go through, so they were "playing with it." Whatever that means. After all was said and done, I just wanted out if this place. No one should be help hostage in any outdated, overpriced 'convenience store .' It wasn't until I got home and went to submit the records to the school that I realized that they didn't even give me that document with the stack of receipts they printed out. Just leaving my second 30 minute trip (time in the store waiting, not traveling) to go retrieve these documents. Medical records. Wasn't carded either. I could have been anybody.

Oo lawd this place needs more employees!! Had to find someone to check me out and when they got to the register they rung up the people who were behind me in line 1st ..The people who are managing this place should hire more people! Or close this location! holy moley

This is one of the worst pharmacies. The hours are terrible. There is always a huge line that takes forever- both at the drive thru and in store. Many times prescriptions aren’t ready in a reasonable amount of time.

Romy in the pharmacy is the best! She handled an issue I was having figuring out my insurance. So thankful to her and the others in the pharmacy!
