I am not one to write a review. But the way the manager Yessenia handles business at this location is unprofessional. I had gone to this location to deposit money to a card where I have done here, and other locations over a 500.00 limit as long as it’s done in 2 transactions, many times. I was in a situation where I needed to make this deposit in that moment. As I told Yessenia nicely that I had 2 cards to use, and that I’ve done this before.. she just sarcastically said she won’t do it. Because “she is the one there” not the other manager. She was snarky, rude and unprofessional.

I was a faithful customer of this location for almost 10 years. It is astounding to see how badly it has fallen into decline. Dirty counters, poorly stocked shelves, most Rx go to delayed state while they order in product. I was told they all order from same central location, but I transfered my Rx to a different location and it was filled in a couple hours.

I wish I could give it zero stars. The pharmacy is a disaster. They NEVER get things right. They have been erroneously giving us 6 pills at a time for a month refill for about a year. Friggin figure it out! The lines are.long, they tell you to come back, then the prescription isn't ready, they lose things, then tell you to come.back .... and these people are in charge of dispensing drugs!

What is the #1 reason people go to Walgreens (hint: not their overpriced soda) it’s their pharmacy! And everytime I go it is so crowded through the store, driveway, and telephone ringing. And they usually only have one person back there. Takes well over 30 minutes to get to the front of the line during the afternoon.
I’ve been on the phone for nearly 20 minutes now and this is unacceptable. Hire more employees.

I have never been treated so poorly at any store. I wanted to drop off a prescription, I was ignored by 3 employees and the drive up was helped twice, I was never acknowledged or even had eye contact from anyone. I’m very disappointed.?

The tech, and RPh today (3/24) were amazing at helping me. Ensuring I got my much needed meds. Will travel to come here over a closer one for friendly service any day.

The manager was more worried about texting and being on her phone. She did not talked to me and had terrible customer service. As she handed me my items o purchased she said here and went back to her phone, terrible experience and will not be coming back.
