Today I was compelled to leave this review because the lady at the counter was taking her sweet time and I think she was doing it on purpose and she was not in no hurry took 30 minutes to laminate a document which was extremely extremely unprofessional

It was great, I didn't know how to return the packages I was carrying and a young woman named Evelyn helped me, she was so kind, sweet, she helped me at all times, she made everything easier for me

I usually love this store but yesterday I had an awkward experience when the man who works there was raising his voice at the female coworkers. I felt the tension between all the employees and other customers in the store. I love the ladies that work there! Not sure what happened was just a weird experience.. I felt for them!

Excellent service, and very knowledgeable! Rose was so great to work with! it was busy in the store and she was able to multitask and help a few customers including me all at the same time.

Every time I am in, everyone is always so helpful. Even when they are busy, they are polite and patient with me. Rose always calls me by name and has always been so nice. Thanks for being awesome!

The Herriman UPS store is awesome ?. Service is always on point and kind. I come in here multiple times a week and my day is always a little better getting to interact with the staff. Thanks Rose for always being kind!

The worst place you could go! Zero stars! Now that they have a service yourself scanner, seems the old lady that works there would like to have nothing to do with anyone. No help with the machine and when you ask where you are supposed to put the returns she could care less. I have NEVER had a good experience at this place, and this is my final straw. Truly I don't know how this lady still works there. For four years the few times I have had to go in there, she has the worst customer service and attitude. I will drive somewhere out of my way to never go back there. I would rather go somewhere that values their customers.

Thank you!! I had a bunch of Amazon returns and it was such a pain. I hadn’t realized that some returns now have to be individually packaged in their own shipping box or bag. Rose jumped in and explained everything to me and helped me out. Thank you thank you! In 10 minutes I became a loyal fan of this location.

Rose the manager is exceptional ! She went above and beyond to help me fax and get some very important paperwork mailed out and I appreciate her for doing so. She was also very friendly. All the staff at this location is great! Thanks again, Rose for all your help!!
