it's nice to know that there's still some decent people that you can count on for your peace of mind for your vehicle.... (I don't know, but, I think Mike is a decent guy but Hee was not who worked on my car solely.)

----Im posting this addition a year later: my car went back 2 M1 at least three times within 3 months of me posting my original review. They didn't even fix one of the things that they were supposed to--(that U joint.)
They replaced the battery. that was basically new.
They charged my mother 8,000 total. I had to do various things myself and now I can finally try & sell that car. I retract what I put before. At least partly. My Aunt helped me fix it. I don't suggest going here. I think the owner Mike is a decent guy that I think he needs to pay attention to whoever he had working for him. They/He/Someone, cut Corners or they lied, or were oblivious. They Replaced what wasn't needed, overcharged, admitted he put in old valve stems. They caused me more BS than I'd like to admit. I am Sure my Mom told them go thru & make it safe, etc. But, in that respect, they DID, yet DID NOT.
I WILL SAY, MY CAR WAS A 2005. THERE IS A LOT OF VARIABLES. AND WORKING ON OLDER VEHICLES. MY SITUATION WASN'T NORMAL.
THAT being said, $h*t happens. Any autoshop is not perfect. I know Mike tried to do us right. But I feel we should not have went there. ESPECIALLY AS MUCH LABOR $ MORE THAN ONE DIAGNOSTICS ETC.
Yes, it's a year later, but you see--I'm a single mom. I went through hell and I was trying to respect my mother. She was paying for it, & INSISTED IT WENT HERE - A FRIEND OF A FRIEND.... but she doesn't know about cars like that. My advice--Be very Careful. read the paperwork.
Know what the hell you're paying for, what they did, & Why. What they are going to do.
I'd ask who the hell is actually working on your car. And that's good advice for anybody going to any auto shop. Cars are fickle, especially old cars. I SUGGEST TALKING WITH THE OWNER MIKE. I BELIEVE HE IS A DECENT HONEST GUY..... BUT HE IS NOT THE ONLY MECHANIC & WE ALL TRUST PEOPLE WE SHOULDN'T AT SOME POINT.”
“I had to get a muffler and the extension pipe replaced on my 2004 Buick Regal. I was told about MASTER AUTO TECH, in Riverton , UT. by a family member . I called and was told to bring my car in . I left the car , so they could get it on a rack to determine what actually needed to be replaced . The extension pipe from the catalytic converter and the muffler both needed replacement , as well as the front AND rear support bands , since the rear bands could possibly fail , at a later time . I was called by one of the owners , and given all the information, and the estimated total cost of all the work . I gave them permission to do all the work ; they said they would try to get the repairs done by that afternoon . From the time I dropped the car off , to my being called to come pick it up , was maybe four or five hours ! They needed to get the parts , do the work and check everything out ! THEY ARE THE BEST ! CALL THEM FIRST !!”
“Had to replace front and rear rotors, brake pads, oil pan drip, etc and got to take my car home the same day. Had to slam on our brakes that night and pleased that we didn't have to worry about braking issues. We will be coming back for any repair needs.
Also, I love that they give you a clear electronic estimate before starting the repair. You can see what issues they find and accept or decline what type of work you want them to perform beforehand. I didn't feel pressured by them. Also, everyone was super pleasant to speak with. ?”

“These guys are a small tire shop. They had an ad online for a set of specific tires. When I went in there was one customer ahead of me and they quickly finished with him. I told them what I wanted and they took me back in the warehouse to look at the tires they had the ones advertised. They started mounting and balancing and were done in less than 20 minutes. Over all 30 minutes spent total for a great set of tires. Yes 4 tires total in under 30 minutes. They were honest decent people to work with.”

“Highly recommend without hesitation. They were excellent when I had some new tires installed 4 years ago. I got a nail in my tire yesterday and took it to a different shop downtown by my office and they told me the flat was not repairable and I would need to purchase 4 new tires for $1500 (still had plenty of tread left).
Instead of paying the other shop to replace all the tires, I had them put on the spare and I took it to Intermountain Tire Pros. They fixed the flat in less than 30 minutes and didn't charge me anything. Saved me $1500. Excellent and honest service.”
