“This afternoon I received a shipping label for a defective piece of equipment I needed to return to the manufacturer. I popped it in a box with lots of packing, taped it up and slapped the label on. Off to FedEx I went, not anticipating a pleasant experience from some of the other shipping places I've visited.What a fine surprise! No lines, pleasantly greeted, extra tape was added without being asked, and the receipt was promptly tendered. Shipping supplies were reasonably priced, a great value and fine customer service too. The young man, who took care of me, worked proficiently, and actually seemed to care about the package. I was shipping. Way to go FedEx! Keep up the good work. They have my highest score.”

“I came in to the store yesterday to have a booklet laminated and bound. I know this can be a pretty tasking and timely job and I needed it to be done at a certain time. Mason was extremely accommodating and ended up having it done an hour before the time I had given him. “I've always had great experiences with Not Just Copies! It is so easy to email in my order and get an email later that after that it's ready for pickup! The pick-up times are reduced due to COVID, but they do bring your copies right out to your car. I come here for church and personal copies.”

The other associate was helping someone at the counter and stopped to checked with each person waiting in line to see what we needed. One lady just had a package to drop off. He went over to the kiosk and scanned her label. Didn’t just say “oh, you can do it at the kiosk”. I felt very seen here and it was a pleasant experience.”
