I'm handicapped and drive so little my battery kept dying. I went to O'reillys and Hugo was so very helpful. I was going to buy a new battery but Hugo said it's not the battery and sold me a product that keeps the battery charged. $40 instead of $250 for a battery. He came out side and installed it so I didn't have to go inside. I was very impressed

Went to by windshield wipers today at another location and the salesman gave me the wrong ones and my husband tried to put them on and they weren’t working and they weren’t even the correct ones for my car. We went in to this location and got the right ones, thanks to Ben & Hugo for going above and beyond to help me. They were nothing but AMAZING! Thanks guys!!

I’m always impressed by how helpful the emotes employees are in this store. My check engine light came on and my car went into limp mode. (I didn’t know that limp mode was a thing.)A young man came out and diagnosed some possibilities, keeping me from having to go to the dealer.I bought the parts and had them installed. Solved the problem.In a world where customer service can be sketchy, or companies are raising prices just to join the greedy gouging train, this store has remained awesome.Thanks for your help.

I just left O'Reilly a few minutes ago. I could have gone to Auto Zone, which is a few blocks from me, but I decided to go here because it's across from me. I got to say if it wasn't for Alejandro, I would have walked out. He was busy with another customer, and all I needed was a battery for a remote. There was another person by the name of Gavin, I asked him to help me and he didn't even look up because he was too busy playing with his phone. I think next time, I would rather drive further for at least an acknowledgment and better customer service. Thank you, Alejandro, though.

There's a guy Hugo in there who's customer service is horrible. Acts like he doesn't want to be there and as if everything I'm asking is making him work harder then he needs to. It my first impression at O'Reilly's and I'll never go back.
