“I've never had any issues with the completed work. With that being said, I can do without the high pressure sales pitch. Here is a thought, ask if 'we' the customer wants to review the suggested maintenance schedule when we first drop off the vehicle off. Why waste your workers and 'our' time assuming? High pressure rarely works. Try printing off a vehicle maintenance overview with your prices and leaving it in the vehicle for contemplation.
Also, it would be great if there was a way to check wait times ahead of actually showing up.”

“Came here for an emissions test but also asked if they could take a look at something that got stuck in my trunk door. They said they’d take a look but couldn’t guarantee anything. I only waited like 5 minutes and they were done with the test and they also unstuck my trunk door! They’re amazing, definitely recommend!”
