“I've never had any issues with the completed work. With that being said, I can do without the high pressure sales pitch. Here is a thought, ask if 'we' the customer wants to review the suggested maintenance schedule when we first drop off the vehicle off. Why waste your workers and 'our' time assuming? High pressure rarely works. Try printing off a vehicle maintenance overview with your prices and leaving it in the vehicle for contemplation.
Also, it would be great if there was a way to check wait times ahead of actually showing up.”
“I usually look forward to my visits to Grease Monkey because the team is quick, efficient, and consistently gets the job done. My most recent visit was still fast, but a couple small details stood out compared to past experiences. I brought in a $30 coupon, though only $25 was applied, and I wasn’t sure why. I also asked if they could place my registration stickers on my license plate, as they’ve kindly done before, but this time I was told I would need to do it myself.
It seemed like the front desk was moving quickly that day and may not have had the chance to review everything as closely as usual. I’ve always had good experiences here, so I’m confident this was just a one-off.”
