I took my truck driver to change the 4 sensors of the tires so I could go on a trip with my family and I have a tire releasing air and I had to park in the middle of the road to change the tire, they should install the tires well while changing the sensors, that bad service.

Highly recommend without hesitation. They were excellent when I had some new tires installed 4 years ago. I got a nail in my tire yesterday and took it to a different shop downtown by my office and they told me the flat was not repairable and I would need to purchase 4 new tires for $1500 (still had plenty of tread left).
Instead of paying the other shop to replace all the tires, I had them put on the spare and I took it to Intermountain Tire Pros. They fixed the flat in less than 30 minutes and didn't charge me anything. Saved me $1500. Excellent and honest service.

My truck was having some steering issues over the weekend and I needed to tow a trailer on Friday. They were booked out but were able to work my truck in if I left it for a few days. It ended up needing about everything on the steering linkage replaced and the alignment afterwards. They got it done and I picked it up the evening before I had to use for towing. Truck drove awesome and I did not realize just how worn out things had gotten. Truck was done when they said it would be and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this place for your tire and service needs.

Update on previous review. I spoke with the owner and he was helpful to resolve the issue. I’m pleased with his honor to stand behind his product. I will continue to use this company as my primary business when it comes to purchasing tires.

Bought a set of 6 trailer tires 3 weeks ago. Was led to believe that i was covered by a road side service. Got a flat tire from a road hazard. Took the tire back for repair, and was told that it was not covered by any warranty. If this was disclose before i purchased the tires i would have gone elsewhere instead. Customer service was excellent at time of purchase but then changed drastically when I went in and discovered that i had to pay another $250 for a brand new tire. I would recommend staying away from the Cooper/Hercules brand tires.

Highly recommend these guys! Went in as I had a nail in my tire,
they quickly got my car back + found the nail. Had a solution within minutes. Aired up my tire so I could make it home.
Very professional + prices are the same if not better than other tire shops.
10/10 service!!

I’ve been a customer of Rob’s for years now, and always had great support. They’ve always provided care for my vehicles…However, my last vehicle was the complete opposite. I paid for a brand new set of tires, and as I arrived to pick up the vehicle, their “main” shop guy (kid) had the hood of my vehicle open & was continuously reving the car. (Hood should not even be open at a tire top). While I was absolutely speechless, I truly did not know what to say… when I left with my car, it died and shut off on my way home. With further inspection, the car was extremely low on oil which is not their fault, but I’m being told this had faulted my vehicle due to excessive revving, especially on a performance vehicle that had not been properly warmed up. This car is actually still in the shop being repaired..So if you have a performance car, classic, or one that needs special care, you may want to look at other options.They will do good for your Camrys, and Honda accords.

I've had work done here 4 times now. Tires, oil, brakes & rotors. These guys have great pricing, do great work, fast service, and provide honest information. Even if they weren't the best pricing, i would still choose them.

Friendly staff and they were able to get the specific tires I needed in less than a day. Clean shop, helpful to be by a lot of other retail so I could get other errands done.

What a joke. Went there for a park break adjustment. I was told "not sure we can do that" "that's pretty hard". What kind of shop advertised full shop repairs and can't do a simple break adjustment. Luckily I didn't have them touch my vehicle. Definitely would not recommend this place.

If you don't have the ability to service everything you advertise for on your website during standard business hours you shouldn't have that service listed. I called looking for a battery and alternator diagnosis and was rudely turned away saying they don't have the ability to do that service. Very frustrating and Misleading with the services you claim to offer.

Friendly greeting, fixed my puncture quickly and even put the donut back in its home under the mini-van. Kind of service you hope for. :) For my puncture, it was also surprisingly inexpensive. Thanks!
