Three other Holiday stores and two Mavericks are closer to me than this location, but I drive out of my way to get gas and goodies here because Marcus, Sam, Mickyla and their team run an excellent store. It looks and smells clean, it's always organized, and the customer service has never been less than top notch. I don't make a habit of leaving reviews, but for this group I will. Well done—every day!

So this is worse experience I’ve ever had at any convenience store. I’ve been coming to this holiday since I moved here 3 years ago. I’ve never seen such bad and disrespectful service. I was there today (7/21/23) at about 745am. So I commute to work on a motorcycle and I have to carry a backpack to carry my personal belongings. Today when I entered the store carrying my backpack to purchase a drink the two female employees started yelling at the top of their lungs from the registers for me to remove my bag and place it by the door. So I quickly grabbed my drink and proceeded to the register. The female employee with the blue hair aggressively rushed over confronted me in the aisle and purposely would not let me pass. At this point I had only been in the store for no more than 10 seconds. She demanded for me to remove my bag and would not let me pay for my drink. I will not remove my bag. Note: this happened a few ago with the same blue haired employee. She is the only one that aggressively confronts people. I have wore my bag into this store dozens of times not one of the other employees has ever asked me about my bag. Just this one blue haired female employee. The contents of my bag are valuable and I don’t feel comfortable leaving my bag by the door. I also go to many other holiday gas stations because me and my wife use the rewards. And this is the only one I’ve been too that has a bag policy. I guarantee these two female employees don’t yell at people carrying large purses. This was totally unnecessary and unacceptable behavior. I will not return to this holiday gas station unless this unnecessary bag policy is removed. These employees should be disciplined for this kind of behavior.

Feeling pretty frustrated with this Holiday. I chose to use self check out and as the card reader read my card I realized I was over charged for a drink. I spoke to an employee who told me I probably looked at the price next to this drink even though I had walked back and double checked the listed price. He went to the fridge and removed the price tag with the lower listed price. He told me I was good to go because the higher price was the updated cost of the drink even though the sign was not correct. I said they should change the signs because I wouldn’t have paid the higher cost and he responds, “Well I’m not over signs,” with a rude tone. It’s disappointing when a frequent customer is kind and is just trying to ensure they are paying the listed price and the employee doesn’t do anything to help and is rude.

If you can have a favorite gas station this one is mine. Cheapest gas I've seen in the area. Very clean facility. They have no ethonal gas if your after that. Never to busy. Lots of pumps with lots of room.

5 stars is not nearly enough stars for this place! They have the best staff, they work hard to know almost all of their costumers. They keep the store clean and you can tell that they care about the store and the people that come in! This store is absolutely amazing! Keep up the good work!
