Absolutely the worst customer service experience at a service station...ever.
Car wash is dysfunctional and the manager, Andrew, refuses to address the issue.
I fuel up 2 heavy duty trucks along with other vehicles belonging to my family more than once a week.
I had just spent over a $112 on fuel and purchased a car wash. For some reason, the car wash left a white film on my windows and didn't blow off all of the water on the deck lid of my truck. I went in to speak with the manager to ask him to redo my car wash and he told me that all I ever do is complain and that I should go somewhere else.
Like I said, I fuel my vehicle every week (usually more often). My family and I easily spend over a $1,500 a month at that fuel station.
Tonight was the second time I have ever complained about a car wash. Approximately 6 weeks ago I had an issue with the car wash and complained to the very same manager. He didn't want to get up out of his office chair because he was busy playing on the computer. He let me stand there for over 10 minutes before he came out to look at my truck.
He didn't want to give me a replacement car wash. I had to threaten to call corporate for him to issue a new one.
I've been going to that station for over 5 years and I have gotten regular car washes there and not had an issue until the last 6 weeks or so.
Instead of apologizing and issuing a new car wash and calling corporate to let them know that they're having issues, he told me that with the basic wash you don't get an air dry which is an untrue statement and he tells me since I'm not happy that I should go somewhere else.
Well, needless to say, my family and I will all be going somewhere else. I'm just wondering how much that will add up to in losses for Holiday. I'm guessing it'll be substantial considering we don't just purchase fuel, we purchase other items like food, energy drinks and snacks.
It's unfortunate because of the proximity to our business as well as our home, but it looks like Maverick is going to be getting all of our business from now on.
Holiday might want to hire managers that know a thing about customer service and actually care about customers and their employment status.

DAMN THIS PLACE NICE.I went to this place for a chocolate milk and boy did they get the job done. Walked in with five bucks and came out with a chocolate milk and pills for later with the babe. Lays potato chips were also on sale so if you're wanting to save & slay come right now and get you some. They also helped me find my friend mark a few month back and that was well appreciated. Always count on holiday to make your day better and cooler and more fantasticer. BLM?

If you need ice, this is the place to go. Smith's which is down the street is sometimes out of ice. Whenever that is the case, I always head to Holiday and they have plenty of ice. They also carry the pebble ice which is a nice treat to get every once in a while.
Recently we returned from a camping trip and learned that Holiday has an RV dump. The cost is $5 but was nice knowing there is a local place for this service. It would be nice to get this free if you are a Holiday Club member. Just a suggestion.

I’ve been going here for years. The staff on Sunday was horrible for 2 weeks now. Very rude. I’m debating going to a different gas station.

not a lot you can say, it is a gas station. I have noticed that their gas prices are usually lower than other sinclare stations on the way to the freeway. They do get dunford donuts which i like better than crispy cream donuts that you would get at maverick.
