We asked for large bifold doors with a large opening and out of a 100 inch rough opening, the gave a a 3 panel glass sliding door whit only one 28 inch panel that opens and it cost $5000. Yes, that’s right…/8 inch opening out of 100 inch rough opening in the wall. And in less than 10 years, all the trim around the windows and doors is warping and falling off! I wouldn’t buy a drinking glass from this place, let alone windows and doors again.

Other than lying to you, shoddy workmanship, not honoring their warranty, not doing what they say they will do, they are still suck. Zero Stars. STAY AWAY!!!

These guys overcharged and did a trashy job. I’ve called the owner multiple times and he’s said he’s gonna come out and fix the problems and he never shows up!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place too anyone!Services: Window installation

DO NOT use Sheps! My 80 year old mom ordered Windows over 7 months ago. They installed 4 of the 5 windows. The 5th window broke sitting outside before waiting to be installed. After months of waiting for a new window, it cracked when they put it into the frame. They ordered another glass over 2 months ago and, after numerous phone calls to them, the window has still not been installed. This is not a delay due to the supply chain. Sheps is either slow to respond or simply doesn’t respond at all. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Shame on you for treating an elderly person or any other person this way.Services: Window installation

Finding a roofer in our rural area is not an easy task. Initially I was very impressed with Shep's as they arrived quickly to give us a bid. We needed a roof repair and got bids for both a repair and roof replacement. Although their bid was higher than others we received, we just felt good about our interactions with their employee Darryl and confident he would do a great job. We signed a contract on July 15. A few days later we were informed that the shingles on our roof could not be matched. I didn't want a third of our roof having shingles of a different shade. The bid for the entire roof replacement was too high for us to manage. So we asked for a refund. After MANY unreturned calls I finally was able to speak to the manager Cody. Cody was rude, unprofessional and promised to call me back after looking into it. He never called me back. So I called him back the next week. More than a month after signing the contract, no work had been completed and no materials ordered and we were still told we may not be able to get a refund. My husband reached out to the owner who apologized for our experience and promised a full refund would be sent the next day. Two weeks later, no refund. We called again and were still promised a full refund. FINALLY on October 1, 2.5 months after signing a contract they gave us a PARTIAL refund. They kept $375 with no explanation of why we could not receive the full refund. The manager never did call me back. Our contract was signed with the expectation of matching shingles. They did not fulfill any part of their contract and it cost us $375.EDIT TO ADD: It won't let me reply to the owner's response, so I will clarify here. As I said in the original review, NO MATERIAL WAS ORDERED. And you kept 19%, not 15%! We did not find another company to work with until after we were told by your company that you could not fulfill the contract as signed upon. Our contract with you also included that work would be completed within 30 days. NO WORK WAS COMPLETED. You are the ones that broke the contract. We didn't go find another company for a cheaper price. We found a reputable company with integrity that would also return phone calls.

I hired Shep’s Windows and Doors to replace my windows and to repair my roof. They did a great job. Everything was done in a timely manner. The employees were friendly and explained everything to me. The windows are great. There is a huge improvement in my utility bills and my house is quieter. They repaired my roof and when it comes time to replace it I will definitely go with these guys. The pricing was fair they were great to work with and the windows are wonderful. I would recommend 5

I am complaining about how you all park company vehicles in the city of St. George at an Albertsons grocery store and you park in a handicap parking space, with all the elderly patrons we have in our city you should be ashamed of yourselves if I can’t add pictures here they will be on yelp just look you’ll find them I will also be giving the photos too local PD.

This is very poor if you have time before close at 5 pm then did left message twice then never return call. You Sheps lost customers.
