I've had times that weren't the best. I got told they could only test my bood once a year. I have lupus, fibro, and thyroid problems. My blood needs to be tested in order to manage my chronic illnesses. That's how you keep on top of those types of illnesses. The reason stated was supposedly my insurance would only pay for a blood test once a year. I know that's not true because at other providers I've seen, they've tested my blood when needed, and it's been covered. The reason why the issue came up was because they did not code the visit or reason for the blood test correctly. I've also run into getting my visits coded wrong and had them be completely different from the actual visit. That left me paying for something i didn't directly myself get treated for. This is a federally funded clinic. They have laws, rules, and strict regulations that need to be followed. This clinic doesn't just get grants from the government. It's run by the federal government. I have had issues with overly high bill and ran into them, even refusing to see me if i wasn't able to make a payment. Sometimes, they have even refused to see me if i couldn't make a payment larger than 50 dollars. I have medicaid. My visits are 100 percent paid for, and the last time i went, they literally made me make a payment and pay a 40 dollar co-pay that is literally non-existent. All i know is that these are not small issues. I do like most of the doctor's they have, but it's almost not worth it.

I love the Helper Clinic. I love my Doc and all the nurses. The receptionists are very professional and they do their job right. 5 stars.

This place has the rudest receptionist I've ever encountered!!!!! She desperately needs a job that doesn't involve the welfare, communication, or customer service of any person, child, or animal! Then to be seen by PA Man Bun was to much! He will tell you what your need and what is best for you without asking you a thing. .... No thank you. The only thing good is the cost of this care and service. East carbon clinic is nothing like this one.

Drs are great! Staff however, is rude. Mean to kids, very disrespectful. If they were more like the staff at the east Carbon clinic, it would be a lot better. I'd rather drive the extra miles to be treated better by staff.

Best Dr's I have ever had. Your not treated like number or stupid. The Dr's, Nurse's and front desk always treats you like a friend. They make you feel good about going to the Dr's office.
