The experience was exciting as we found what we consider a perfect trailer for our current needs. Lonny was an excellent salesman, knowledgeable and very helpful, as was all the staff that we dealt with. Great place for RV browsing and obtaining supplies.

Nick Ori (sales) was great to work with but he quit to work at another dealer. Hmmmm.
Terrible customer service once you drive off the lot apparently.
Now I'm trying to get warranty items handled and I get little help. The trailer will only work if is is plugged in. Bring it in they say. I live 14 hours away! They haven't called back to check on me or see if there is anything they could help with. I have to initiate the contact.
Found out from my local dealer two main ground wires weren't even attached from the factory. Fixed! Bobby Combs RV!
I haven't received my other warranty items and those were claimed on April 20th 2024.
Castle Country said it is too expensive to send me the door damaged from the factory we found during the walk through. It was their idea to ship me the items and I would install them as they couldn't find a dealer closer than an hour plus near me.
Update...they've (Castle Country) had the new door for a couple of months and just today said it too is damaged.
When were they going to tell me?
Not a happy camper.

We were having an issue with our trailer jacks. They were able to fit us in, diagnose the problem and partially fix it so we could use the front stabilizers and tongue jack. We did not have time to wait for rewiring for rear jacks due to our travel plans, but they made the remainder of our trip much easier without a wait. They were friendly, explained everything and fixed it quickly. If you are in the area and require RV assistance I highly recommend.

Everyone there was wonderful! Lonny hooked us up with a perfect toy hauler at a great price! We are loving it! He was very knowledgeable and open and honest to all questions we had. Very transparent! Highly recommend!

Im in the market for a couple small trailers and stopped into Castle Country RV in Helper Utah to get some ideas. We were instantly greeted by Stavaros one of there excellent salesman onsite. He showed every trailer we wanted to look at whether we were in the market or not. Stavros was very knowledgeable and honest, if he didn't know the answer to a question he would ask someone on his team or look up the answer to help us out! He gave us his honest opinion on the trailers we were interested in and helped guide us in the perfect direction for our situation. We never once felt pressure to buy. I would recommend you go check them out in Logan or Helper Utah they have huge inventory, are priced very fair and are willing to work with you no matter your situation! I recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used trailer. Large town feel with small town polite customer service. Stop into Castle Country Rv you won't regret it!

The sales staff at Castle Country RV in Helper, UT are absolutely fabulous! We had been looking at multiple trailers over a couple of months and were basically tire kickers :) the staff was super patient with us and always took the time to show us whatever trailer we were interested in. They even humored us when we wanted to look at trailers 5x out of our budget just to see what we were missing! In the end we decided to purchase a new Cherokee from them and the process was very welcoming and enjoyable. We would highly recommend Castle Country RV! Thanks Cameron and Tracy!
