Such a cute little shop! As we walked through and browsed the items for sale, the memories came flooding back! So many things I used as a child with my mother and grandmother were represented in that store! The store owner, Jana, was so friendly and helpful! She gave us some great suggestions of things to do while in town. All of her suggestions were great and because of her, we had a great trip!

What a sweet store! The owner has done a fabulous job at keeping the integrity of this old building and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Although I didn’t make a purchase, I enjoyed looking around and conversing with the owner and her friend. Definitely recommend stopping in when you visit the historic town of Helper, Utah!

This place is amazing. Beautiful store! Love the variety... had some killer jackets that I wanted to buy... prices were very reasonable. Make sure to visit the other little closet place in the back with more jackets and dresses. I just didn't really have any money to spend. Would definitely stop here on my way back through. My fashionista daughter loved the place too. I also collect cool textures and this place was a gold mine. I love that they kept the original flooring and everything. Cool interior design stuff... Cool clothes cool vibe... Great prices... well done. The owner said she started the place just before COVID hit... so glad they survived ☺️ ?

Jana was so great to work with! I drove a few hours to pick up an item she listed on Facebook. She kept her word and allowed me first chance at the item.This shop is so cute, has lots of pristine items for your home etc. I could have spent a lot more money on albums and vintage clothes. If you're traveling through the area it's worth the stop!

When traveling from Colorado to Utah i make sure i take a stop in Helper so i can stock up on treasures for my house at Bug and Bird Mercantile. Jana, the cheerful owner has a great eye for style and design and has helped me put my house together with some of the pieces i have purchased from her. I even hesitate writing a review because this place is so special and prices are so good, i selfishly wanted to keep it my own little secret ! Alexis D Denver, CO

I loved this store. It is a "gathered goods" shop. The owner is very friendly and allows customers to look around without being overbearing. She also takes great care at how she organizes the merchandise so that it is not overwhelming in the little store. She has many beautiful and unique items for the home, kitchen, and gifts. We bought several things and look forward to driving back to Helper to visit this great little shop.
