Like the name says bent frame when delivered and broken window. Sales department sent new windshield but im having to find someone and out of pocket to install it. Not worth the $$ or trouble.

So I ordered a glass windshield for my canam x3 for a mountain trip I was going on. But it looked like it was going to be delivered the day I leave and they worked with me for so long and so many times to try to get it to me in time for my trip. Never once did they get irritated with me (which tbh if they did I wouldnt blame them cause I was desperate lol) they went above and beyond to follow my order to make sure they did all they could to get it to me in time. Unfortunately due to a holiday and some snow storms up north it did not get here in time but at no fault to this company. I got back from my trip and the packaging was really well done and not just something thrown in a box with bubble wrap. I installed it and it only took about 15 min! and let me tell you I’m in love with it. The quality is better than OEM and it looks so dang good and it fits perfectly on my machine. I’m telling you it’s worth it to spend the extra money and go with a company and product as good as these ppl. And they also have replacement glass for only a couple hundred so if you break yours you don’t have to buy a complete new one. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would because it’s hard to find decent customer service nowadays and they nailed it right in the head.

Ordered windows,washer and wiper.Got windows.No wiper or washer!Called said they would call back to let me know when it was coming.No return calls or no reply to multiple emails!!!Now not picking up the phone when Jen I call!!It’s been a few weeksVery disappointed!!!

If it wasn’t for this windshield I wouldn’t be making this post after being head on’d by a motorcycle. Would 100% 10/10 recommend and will be loyal to bent metal. Customer service is amazing and availability was now. Thank you to everyone on the bent metal team for helping me and keeping me safe so I can ride again.

We are spending the summer in Helper, Utah workamping at Castle Gate RV Park and in our off time we enjoy riding our Honda Pioneer off road.We were in dire need of a new windshield as our poly carbonate windshield was toast. We did a lot of research online and when we found Bent Metal here in Helper we hit a HOME RUN.We visited the business and placed our order for a glass windshield. We really like the fit and finish of the product, all powder coated and the vents are the best we have seen.It only took a few short weeks for our wind shield to be custom made and a phone call and we drove over paid for it, picked it up and installed it.WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Fantastic quality, everyone was so nice and the customer service was OUTSTANDING!We would highly recommend this local business and be patient because they are very busy! You will be VERY happy with the fit, finish and quality along with the fantastic customer service!

I want to start by saying that the windshield is great. But the lady that answered the phone went over the top for me!!!!!! I was asking questions about colors and she called other customers they have done in the past and text pictures to her and then she sent to me. I have never been so well treated by a company! This lady went way over the top for me. She is a major asset to them and deserves a raise! I will be purchasing from them again and would highly recommend them! Thank you for your help!!

Even with a ton of shipping issues and two broken windshields these guys did everything possible to take care of my order. Every issue was met with almost immediate response and top-notch customer service. I now have a windshield I love and would recommend Bent Metal products to anyone that needs parts they offer.
