Horrible customer service. 6 employees helping 2 customers. Asked for help with existing wells loan and was told I needed an appointment or call the 800 number. If zero was an option, they would get 0 stars.

Poor service. Out of four people in there nobody can send wire over 4 k. And they don’t care either.No notary on staff.Not what WF used to be. Time to find better place to park your money.

I have had multiple accounts with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. Thought about moving banks multiple times but the hassle is just not worth it. Went into the Heber branch to make a wire transfer and the first thing they do is give me a guilt trip for not having an appointment (COVID) even though there were multiple bankers available. They charge $30 for a wire transfer. I am in real estate and have sent and received wire transfers from multiple banks. That's the highest fee I have ever paid. They would not even consider waiving or reducing it. I think it's about time to find a new bank.
