TERRIBLE SERVICE BY STEPHANIE!!!
I like shopping at Walgreens cause it’s typically better and cleaner than most drug stores. However, Stephanie needs to work on her customer service skills. She was extremely rude! Not just to me, but every customer that was in there. If she doesn’t like her job, she should probably get a new one. She had me make two separate transaction!! She only charge me for half my things, cashed me out and then looked at me like I was the idiot when I asked what about the rest of my items? Then she rolled her eyes!! when I asked for receipts, she refused to print them out! I need those receipts for personal reasons. And she denied them after I told her I really needs them! She still said “Nope” she couldn’t careless. when I said, are you sure you can’t print them for me? She said no again!!! With the nastiest attitude!! And rolled her eyes yet again. The customer behind me was in shock about how unprofessional and disrespectful Stephanie was!! When I came home and told my brother in law about it he said “oh yeah I know who you’re talking about, the girl with the long hair, she’s the reason I don’t shop there” I am so taken back that Walgreens would allow that! I’ve never been treated so poorly at a Walgreens before! You’re better off driving down the street to the Walmart and do self check out! At least you won’t get denied a receipt there.

I love Walgreens as a chain. Unfortunately this location is very understaffed and severely disorganized. They often have inventory that needs to be shelved just sitting around in various parts of the store. There is often only 1 very untrained person working both the cash register and photo register. The photo center is particularly bad. I have attempted several times to upload photos online and pick up in the store, and my order is not fulfilled correctly... so I walk away and just pay for online order shipping. It's just not worth the hassle anymore.

If you are foolish enough to get trapped in the pharmacy drive thru, you may wait an hour for your scripts. There is no getting out of line once you are in. Cars can be backed up out into the street, and they don't care. I've had to wait inside as well, and deal with what I'm pretty sure (although not certain) with what amounts to a hippa violation. It doesn't matter what time of day you go, plan at least an hour.

I don't shop here, so I can't tell you what that's like. What I do know is that at 7 p.m., when my wife was struggling to drive through a snow squall in her small sedan without winter tires, Walgreens is as far as she got before she decided she needed to either pull over or get in an accident on main. I went to pick her up but was worried we'd have to get the car out of the lot that evening, which would've been a nightmare. I called them and asked if we could leave it. I was surprised they said yes, and found it the next morning unticketed, cleared of snow and ready to go. Again, I don't shop here. But I appreciate that they helped my wife and I out in a rough situation.

Horrible customer service at PHOTO COUNTER. Associates totally ignored me for 10 min, looking for my pictures. Walked away without saying anything and never got my pictures!

I’ve seen this trend at many Walgreen’s locations: understaffed and under trained. At more than one location, I have been unable to purchase a locked item because the employee at the front couldn’t leave it unattended to unlock the item for me and couldn’t locate additional staff. The poor staff at this location are often left in the dark, unable to handle when their computer has a problem or unable to answer basic questions. Overall, I have had extremely sub-par experiences with Walgreens since the pandemic. It seems they never readjusted their staff.

This store completely sucks. Ordered prescriptions at 2 pm, came at 6pm. Told me a half hour, came back and told me can't help you our systems are now down.I dont believe 1 word told to me, now my wife will come up here for her prescription while she's sick and will probably pass it on to others.Walgreens sucks, take your business elsewhere. We will be doing just that.

Truly stupid Management. Extremely Ignorant. No ability to retain remotely capable staff.Prime example of the deep and disturbing issues for this mis-fit company.

I had called hours before coming to the pharmacy and was told that my prescription was ready, but once I got there they said another 15-30 minutes. They clearly are short staffed, but I wish I would have known that it wasn't ready.

At the pharmacy, the employees always seem annoyed by having to assist customers. When there are insurance issues or prescription issues, they are slow if anything, to help.

Pharmacist and techs were not transparent with me. Never communicated that they could not get a certain medication in until 2 weeks later when I called and asked what the heck I kept getting “it will be ready at 4 pm” or “it will be ready tomorrow” until finally 2 weeks goes by and they all the sudden can’t even get it in when I could have been trying else where. When this conflict was presented their customer service was horrible!
