The service was really great while they were selling me a product, but when I changed my mind about the purchase a few days later with the promise that I could refund the purchase, it became the amongst the worst customer service in my life. The manager was condescending and nobody knew what they were doing. They tried to send me to the other Heber store and then to the corporate office in Orem. I called Verizon multiple times, which was very difficult because they didn’t know what they were doing either and the English was very hard to understand.

Be careful of the hidden fees with Victra stores, they are not direct verizon stores, I was asked to pay a “store charge”

I have heard good things about Verizon coverage and service and I wanted to try it out for myself. Austin was so helpful and knowledgeable. I got set up with a new iPhone 15 and my first ever iPad! It hasn’t been very long but I’m totally impressed! With the coverage and Verizon in general. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

My visit to thus Verizon store was the best experience I have ever had with an in store visit . There were 2 fellas working, a Saturday afternoon. They went above & beyond to help me! I feel bad because u cannot remember both of their names, Austin was one of them. These 2 are professional, polite and more helpful than I've ever experienced at Verizon! They know what they are doing & do it effectively. I can't say enough good things about them. If I could give them 10 stars I would.Thank you guys! You made my day and saved me from a train wreck!!

The guys here were friendly, answered my questions, and were patient with my rambunctious kids. Dakota did a great job of making sure I was walking out of there with all the savings that I could get.
