I couldn't pick up my car because of finances. Left them a running car and asked if I could get my shoes out of the car and they wouldn't let me take my shoes out. I understand it's probably a policy but it is so inhumane. I left them my car to sell and they still kept my sweaters and shoes. It felt so heartless. Like hitting someone when they're already on the ground. Keep the car and the shoes. It's just stuff anyway :(
They took my car because I didn't register it (my fault and I understand). The next day I called them to let them know that I didn't have the money to get the car and that they could sell it/leave it to them. I asked them to let me take out my shoes and sweater but they refused. Although it is their rule, it made me very sad and very ugly that, knowing that I had no money and that they were going to keep my car, they did not let me get my things (shoes and sweaters, nothing valuable).
How sad that we treat each other like this among humans.

This company towed ours and another trailer with a boat on it, without authorization. They claimed they miss read a map. (When asked they wouldn’t produce this map) When we reported our trailer stolen, our property manager said he just happened to see their truck driving down the road the day before. We called them and gave the vin number and they lied and said they had put a notice on it (There was no notice! And they couldn’t produce a picture of a notice. We check our trailer every day. Second, they had no authorization from management to tow anything from the property so were trespassing, and towing without authorization.) We made them tow it back to us after they asked if we could pick it up ourselves. (Seriously?!) If our property manager hadn’t been lucky enough to see them driving around, we still would be listed as stolen (which technically it was), because these companies don’t have to report to the police when they tow, so we would never have found it.

Communication wasn't clear, They are a company that seems to be an only in it for the money regardless of care. Whether not they provide service or not they will charge you, just a heads up.

Adan went above and beyond on August 17th. The best experience I had with any tow service. Call VB towing if your in Evanston, Wyoming to Salt Lake City. 6 towing services did not respond to my call. Adan is the best!!

The entire experience to get a tow was a pain with this company. Our company vehicle went down and we called our insurance to pick up the vehicle at a hotel and transport it to a dealership. We were assigned this towing company and they proceed to tell us he couldn't find it in the parking lot and didn't take it. He then said the vehicle was "too large" for his tow truck and we needed a larger tow. We called our insurance and they changed the tow capacity to a medium size truck haul and guess who we got assigned to have tow it? You are right, VB Towing -- so he had the capacity to do it the first time but didn't.Finally, 4 hours later, the tow showed up to the dealership. Had he just done it the first time we could have cut out half that time.He would call us and hang up whenever he was done with the conversation. Extremally rude on the phone and text. Wouldn't follow simple instructions. Absolute terrible experience. We would our insurance to drop them as a tow as they are not worth any of that experience.

VB Towing in Heber City is hated by his peers. He over bills, will not allow you to get personal property and cares nothing if he completely destroys your life. He will not work a payment schedule, he is rude when you call and refuses to talk to you, but of course he still billing you for those days. If you ever want to see you vehicle again, call ANYONE ELSE!

Work truck stalled out late at night in Park City while coming back from a job. Adam came in the blizzard on a busy intersection. He loaded my truck up quick and dropped it off at a shop all the way in American Fork. He was pleasant and professional from beginning to end.Services: Car towing

I was up you know what creek without a paddle. VB towing came through. He was there in an hour to take my car back down to Utah county. He sent a text with pictures that he dropped it off at the right place after hours. Hopefully don’t need to use a tow truck in the future. But if I do I will call these guys again.
