My amazon boxes do not arrive anymore. I have had to go to the post office the last 5 times. The people inside are great, but it is a huge inconvenience

The delivery people are very lazy, they don't want to get out of their car at all, I think that if there is something next to the mailbox, they won't leave the package anymore ??? they should work harder, I think they are sleeping

Girl inside was super nice.Especially considering this is the only service that is incapable of on-time delivery.I pay for expedited shipping, and I’ll be getting my money back. It’s not MY fault the drivers are too lazy to bring the box to the front desk of the hotel.

I will say that they have always been friendly, so I don't feel like a one star review is warranted. The problem I have had is that nobody in the post office knows what the system is for handling Timber Lakes boxes. After paying the fee, I was first given a box that didn't exist, then later was told to wait for a box to open up, and finally, was given keys to a box that belonged to someone else. Different explanations were given by different employees(each disavowed by someone else), and when it became clear that I was never actually going to get a box, I went down to the UPS store and rented a box there. While having limited access to my mail is less than ideal, the UPS store folks are tremendous and offer fantastic customer service. USPS has been getting complaints about this branch for years and has done absolutely nothing about it, so I doubt anything will change.

Wish I could give zero stars. Most unhelpful and rude staff!!!!I still have some dead guys mail coming to my house. They refused to help.One flat out lied to me about not delivering a piece of mail- a drivers license- stating I needed to sign for it. Called the dmv, said that’s absolutely not true and that they are just lazy and say that all the time when they screw up and return to sender.Go to anyyyy other post office if possible.

I didn't write down the lady's name but she could not have been more helpful. When one thing wasn't going to work, she kept coming up with something different to try. The last idea finally worked. They are short-staffed and I'm sure they have to deal with many unhappy people every day. She was very cheerful and kind. I am so grateful for her help today!

Kathy the manager is so rude and some of the carriers are lazy and don’t do the job the way is supposed. I called the post office and Kathy manager hanged up on me because she didn’t want to hear the truth. It’s always the same with this post office, it never gets better
