No stars for Hayden at Signature Auto. He at first was super helpful in purchasing a car for my daughter. She was in Utah, I in Texas. I specifically asked if the car was a front wheel drive & he said it was. IT WAS NOT. IWe all know we need no less than FWD in Utah.
I also wanted an extended warranty from VW, dealership & he offered Elite Auto Warranty. Again, I asked & took his word that if I sold the car, that the warranty could be transferred to a new owner. Again, he said it could. ANOTHER LIE. I have tried calling him to hopefully have own up & admit his deceitfulness (or honest mistake in not knowing what he is selling) & make it right. Hayden, hope you see this & make the call, since it seems you have now blocked my number.

Went into autozone to figure out why my check engine light came on and they gave me the number for signature auto group. I talked with Hayden who was very helpful and gave me good advice about what was going on with my engine and how much I should expect to pay to get it fixed. 11/10 for helping outside of normal business hours, they even offered to take care of it first thing Monday (this all happened on a Saturday). If we were local we’d definitely bring our car in to get it fixed there

Went to look a 2010 minivan , the team was very understanding and friendly , did not ended up getting the vehicle but I’m happy with the experience and I’m looking forward to get a car from here in the future
