The man we had wait on us is September 2020. Was very rude and very inconsiderate person. He yelled at me and my brother for not wearing gloves and two masks. We have never been so mistreated by someone so badly. If he is so worried about the virus he should maybe stay home. We had no choice to be there, it's the only town close enough to us, that had a trailer for us to rent. So we could haul the roofing materials. So that we could fix my 96 year old Nana's roof. We even made sure we were down there late into the evening that we would be safe. And the audacity of him to think that we were not trying to be safe. There were no other people there but him. All we wanted was a icey, we were just remembering when we were kids, and had to dive very far away to get one. Just living old memories and he tried to dampen are moods. If he is going to be in customer service then he needs to learn to be nice and respectful of customers especially if they are to him. Family owned businesses for 23 years we might know a thing or two. If I happen to be back around there I will stop and see if it gets better. And I may increase the stars.

I commute from Duchesne County Utah to Salt Lake City, Utah several times a month, I always stop at this Shell station for a clean restroom and a drink or cigarettes because this stop is a two in one stop place, Shell gas station and a favorite store Seven 11. Wonderful combination.

They do not know what they are doing. We had a credit of $60.18 put back on a card because we used thier so called rewards card and then it would not let me use the grade of fuel I needed. Although the transaction showed "transaction voided" our debit or credit card is still showing that pending amount. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE THEM TO DO THIER BANK POSTS??? Would not recommend using a card whatsoever!, they will screw ypou over!
