Horrible service, horrible mechanics, this location makes every other location look bad. Had to fix the car my self and I had to pay for things that never were talked about. Gonna get my money back. Main tech is very un knowledgeable, I asked what torque spec it was and he told me 70-90, o torqed them to 70 on the phone knowing they weren’t torqued and he did not want to take responsibility. Terrible people.

Was in a bit of a rush this morning, walked in they were obviously busy but no one greets you. I walked up to the counter and greeted I believe the manager myself, he told me to give him a moment. I asked if they are too busy for an oil change and he laughed and asked what I define as busy. I always took my cars to Point S and MISS them dearly. This place has for sure lost its small town feel.
Took a moment to read some of the more recent reviews since management changed and holy cow, I will not be returning and will not recommend.

Absolutely worst people! Think these guys reviews are bad here check out yelp and BBB. Super dishonest. I don't even know where to start with these people. Tried to fix something that he admitted wasn't broken. Tried to take advantage of us when our tire fell off and were in a difficult situation. Charged fees he didn't disclose. Didn't keep his commitments. I had to followup every day and he kept telling me he had forgotten. I feel bad for Heber people having so few choices to get service. Whatever you do, don't go with these people. Go with anyone else.
This is my response to your response below.
1. Your diagnosis was wrong. The axle was not bent. He took it to someone else and they fixed it and it’s sitting in front of my house as we speak. That’s why you should refund your fee. You were wrong and admitted you doubted what the trailer people said. And it turns out he was wrong.
2. That person was not my brother in law and you let an unknown person, to you, off the street come in and change the name on my account and take my boat without even a simple phone call to verify it and all the BS you said was not with me and I had no conversation with him until after all this happened. You’re lucky he didn’t steal it! I was the owner of that boat and now I have to worry about paying him what he did with my boat. As I told you. I didnt want you to preceded because I was looking to buy a used boat trailer on KSL, of which I found, but instead my brother shows up with a repair and boat trailer I didn’t want. But because you were so unprofessional I’m stuck with this mess!
3. Even with what you said, you never had me or anyone else sign anything agreeing to a fee. Nor did you tell anyone there would be a fee. That’s dishonest whether you’re making money or not. It’s your responsibility to be clear with what you are going to charge and get a customers agreement before you do any work for a charge. Including looking at vehicles.
4. I hope $170 is worth a bad review on google, yelp and the better business bureau, that potentially remain for many years to come! And lastly, I don’t need your number. You have no plan to make things right and you don’t mean to help because if you did you’d call me. You have my number!
You guys haven’t been around long and have racked up a lot of bad reviews. You should really take your service seriously if you want to be around and provide security to your employees. Do your research, do a simple google search, “how much does each bad google review cost a company” it’ll blow your mind.
Summary: typical mechanic shop ripping people off, but maybe worse because they gave my boat to someone other than me without my authorization. Don’t be leaving your car here if you have an angry family member, X or repo guy who could walk in and drive off with car. Buyer beware!!

3 hours to plug a nail hole... fair you are busy... but then when asked if you could at least fill up some air and we would be back later yall say it will be an hour? To spend 20 seconds filling up a tire with air? I'll keep my money at discount tire, thank you.

I scheduled an appointment to get my vehicle aligned. I arrived early, checked in and was told it would be completed in 90 minutes. I walked all over the beautiful town of Heber. I did not hear back in 90 minutes. So I walked back now 2 hours later. ,My car was in the exact same spot I left it. I wondered it was even moved? I checked with the service department and after a several minute wait it was told. Your next! I replied no I'm not,, I'll take my keys. I had an appointment, you did not do what you said you would do. You have no respect for an appointment and did not communicate with me. Ii went to Jeep Dealership down the street, they did a great and timely job.

I took my car in for an alignment after making an appointment online. Dropped the car off early and let them know the noise it made. They called me in the afternoon to say that the car needed over $3,000 work on it and I owed them $189 for looking at it. No alignment was done.
They wouldn’t let me take the car without paying or doing the work quoted.
After quite the argument I was able to get the car back and over to another shop to find out it didn’t have the problems Big-O said it did. I replaced the front brakes and it’s now working great.
Be aware that they will try and do extra work on your car.

If I could give it less than one star I would. I took my mini Cooper in for a routine oil change and came out with a stuttering, oil leaking, unhappy vehicle. It’s never had those problems before their hands were on it. When I went back for them to fix whatever they broke, they said my problem had nothing to do with what they had done, and gave me an overcharged estimate of something else to fix because I’m an innocent looking little girl. They will take advantage of that.
I got my car checked out by mechanics in Draper, and they fixed everything for free, told me that whoever did the original oil change at Big-O had broken the oil cap and it wasn’t sealing, causing air bubbles in the engine and a serious oil leak. Big-O had also only put 2 quarts of oil in when my vehicle needs 4.
They were nice though?
Please don’t even go in there for something as routine as an oil change, they will misdiagnose and break your car.
