Id give 0.25 stars if i could!
There is only about 2 girls there that are friendly.
The other employees are not inviting or pleasant at all!
One man straight yelled at me the total because I had accidently miscounted my money. Everytime I ask for help they are always short with me and dont care.
They never smile or say welcome, nothing. Just pay and leave as fast as possible because the two dudes sit there and give dirty looks to everyone. It's ridiculous. I use chewy as much as possible now.

I went to get harnesses for my dogs. 2 employees said I had the right sizes on them. They are way too big and now I can't take them back because they are used. 2024 customer service sucks.

Do not bring your pet to the Heber Petco for grooming. Very poor communication, unprofessional and unkind grooming staff. It took over 4.5 hours to give a bath and haircut to my 6 lb yorkie. When I called to ask on the status of my dog after 3 hours, I was told there were other “angry customers” who had to be dealt with and that’s why my dog’s grooming was taking so long. You can add me to the list of “angry customers.”

Heber store double charged and despite us fighting corporate and contacting the store many times we had to go to our bank and have them fight it. I will NEVER buy again from the company! Customers should be very very Leary of the Heber City store. If you choose to shop there and they claim the card didn’t go through, DO NOT let them run it again! Log into your account if it’s pending it will go through. I don’t know if corporate is to blame or if the local store is. Employees need more training and the local managers need more pull to refund. The manager kept telling us it had to be done through corporate. Corporate said it needed to be done through the store. My $250 purchase cost us $500!Save your self the time and stress. Shop elsewhere.

They should probably change their hours on Google if they’re going to be closed earlier then stated so people do rush to get food for their pets just to find out they close an hour earlier

Friendly and Helpful. I went in to purchase some salt water fish and the employee was helpful and friendly. Would go back again to get more fish and supplies.

Horrible experience. Didnt honor appt, would leave dog in crate for hours longer than needed. Staff was rude . Couldn't wait to get out of there. If they treat your dog that poorly in front of you, image what happens behind closed door. No way can you trust them to care for your pet.
