“James and team saved us not once, but twice. We were visiting on a road trip from Houston with three husky and husky mixes, and our AC gave out, which would have been dangerous for our dogs in the heat. They were able to fix it same day within an hour of arriving. Second issue on a different day during our stay, our alternator gave out. They replaced it and got us back up and running within an hour and a half. We were worried these repairs might have ruined our trip or affected our planned drive back to Houston, especially since another shop we called said we would need to leave our vehicle all day for the AC issue and they weren’t sure they could fix it same day. Instead, our trip was hardly impacted and we made it back to Houston safely on schedule without any vehicle trouble. They could have upcharged us and instead charged reasonable rates and clearly explained everything they were doing and why. Thank you so much from our whole family! Our dogs had a nice cool ride back to Houston thanks to you all.”

“Our Lexus was in need of a new water pump and I really didn’t want to take it all the way to Lindon to have it worked on. My brother-in-law has been taking his construction trucks/vehicles to The Shop since they opened and he highly recommended I give them a shot. Glad I did!! “I was a walk in for an oil change. I exclusively have used my dealership for service in the past but I didn’t plan ahead well enough and the dealership is usually a week or two out on availability. I drove up to the bay and was escorted in immediately. Heather greeted me and introduced herself. Heather communicated with me and her team (Carter and Summer) the whole time. There may have been other employees under the vehicle I didn’t see. They checked bulbs, battery, wipers, etc. the whole process was about 20 minutes. No pressure was put on upgrades or repairs. The total was $93 for my 6 cylinder Jeep. I googled a $15 off coupon that they scanned with no issue. Very pleased with service, price and speed. Shout out to Heather and team.”

“I was on a long road trip when my brakes started getting hot and smelt as if they were over heating. I took my car in the next morning and I was so thankful for Travis and Heathers help. They made me feel at ease and assured me they would have the team do an all around safety check. After the check was complete, they showed me my brake pads and rotors and assured me I have plenty left and will make it home safely. I had them do a routine oil change and tire rotation while I was there. They did not try to upsell anything that I didn’t need. The team completed the safety checks quickly, but with the highest detail. I made it home safely from my road trip, and I am so thankful I took the time to stop and get my vehicle checked out. Apparently I got a $ deal on the mounting bc I bought the tires from Walmart.Best part is that they noticed a problem, took pictures of it and pointed it out to me when I picked up the truck.
