Great service. This truck has more dings and beeps and messages than any other vehicle I have owned. But they have been able to translate for me and now I feel I know what is going on with the truck. No big upsells, just handling my concerns and telling me what we need to do on the next visit. I used to dread going to the dealership, but now it’s no big deal. Appointments help a lot with getting it in and out, I drop it off and pick it up with all my concerns resolved, and then a recap of the service and what’s up for the next visit. I am ready for winter!

Worked with Justin and didn’t expect much, when I tell you these guys went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted, I mean these guys did everything they could to get me into this car. Dont purchase used cars from this dealer. They will lie to you and when the car gives issues they will refuse to help you. Recent experience with the General Manager (Gary Anderson) left me in awe. He simply told me bye over and over again. (Attached video) I traded in my 2019 Ranger for a 2004 Rav4 in order to save money as I just had a child and he was in the Nicu for 10 days. After trading in my car and negotiating the price of the Rav4 i was under the impression that the car was registered and I was waiting on plates. I even got to pick out my plate with Josh. In order to trick you they make you sign like 20 documents and one of them says they are not going to register the car. I read the first one and it was explained that this was just saying i was buying the car as is. However on a later paper it says they will not register the car. They even told me that in about 2 weeks i would be getting “it” in the mail which they were referring to the title not the plate. It has been 3 weeks and i havent gotten the title. They told me to call them and they simply told me that they will not do anything. I showed up to the dealer to talk with them. I even shook hands and apologized for hanging up abruptly on the phone and I spoke with them politely and with respect. After speaking with one manager I asked if I could speak to another and the general manager came out and I explained what had happened that the car needed a catalytic converter as it doesnt pass emissions and you cannot register it. He told me that he would not put a single cent into the car and that his phone cost even half as much as the car so what can i expect. I told him that as a good person he might help me pass emissions so I can register the car. Its only fair as I traded in a perfectly working car that even had the mileage maintenance done a little ahead of time. This car has now cost me 7k plus 2k for a lowball trade in which i agreed to for the convenience of working with a dealer and not having to go to the dmv or sell the car myself. And then on top of that looking at 5k in repairs just to register it. Hugely disappointed with the lack of morality of this dealer. When leaving all the guys were smiling and happy as if they had some big victory. The manager even refused to shake my hand and turned around and said “I let you off easy” while his back was turned. Also was told that because I put a bad review they were not willing to work with me. I told them I could remove the review but they said no.

Salesman (Eric) sold me on the features and benefits of the yhe car I was looking for. The dealership has catchy eye appeal from the road, with ample customer parking. Dealership is clean, roomy and comfortable. Eric and the other staff made this car purchase an easy decision, designed to fit our needs.

We had a great experience at the Karl Malone dealership in Heber City. Gary Andersen and Kaden Pierce made our buying experience easy and comfortable. We were looking for a new truck to take care of our family, Gary was asking us questions and giving us information to help us find a truck that would fit our needs. We found our truck and we were treated with up front honesty what we would pay and there was no back and forth with the price or add on's
When we got our truck, Kaden educated us on all the bells and whistle helped us with a lot of the paperwork and made my wife feel comfortable about the whole process. We are very happy with the Karl Malone dealership in Heber, Gary Andersen and Kaden Pierce.

Disappointing would be a good single word to describe my experience at Karl Malone Dodge in Heber, UT.
Purchased a low mile $80,000 used Rem vehicle from them. I told them that I was looking for an Immaculate vehicle, of which they said this was. Being as they are well reviewed and a Ram dealer, I purchased the vehicle sight unseen, and had it paid for before I went to pick it up.
They were kind enough to pick me up from the Airport in SLC. The salesperson, Ethan was a very pleasant person.
Upon arrival to the dealership I discovered the truck had some damage and some minor detail issues of which we're not disclosed.
There was some damage to the windshield that was not stated, a damaged wheel well liner and several detail items that could have been easily rectified for a small amount of cost and a little effort. Further, I was told during the purchase process that they “believed” that they had two key fobs for the vehicle, turns out they only had one.
They were not willing to rectify any of these issues, and in fact I had to listen to Richard (sales management) snivel about what cash position they were in on the truck and how they could not do anything more.
The overall detail of the truck was very poor, the engine compartment was filthy, and it didn't even look like they did a fair job washing the truck let alone detailing it. There were some stains on the seats that they did remove upon my complaining about them.
I didn't have to buy this truck, being as it's was already paid for, I was an hour from the airport and I needed to get back to where I was going it would have been difficult to cancel the sale at that point.
In the end I got a good truck and the price was decent, but the buying experience was pretty horrible. Their pettiness was the worst part of it.
I have been and will continue to be a Ram customer, but never again at this dealership.
This could have been a wonderful experience with just the smallest amount of cost and effort from them, as I started off saying, a very disappointing experience.

The service was performed as asked. However when I went to pick up my truck the front passenger seat was fully reclined and dirty. I suspected a mechanic took a nap in it. I spoke to service and they regretted this event but did a poor job cleaning the seat.
This should not have happened and for simple service issues like tire rotation and oil change may go elsewhere
