Worst car rental experience I have ever had. Showed up to pick up the car I had rented ahead of time and car was not even on the lot and neither were the employees. Called and was told to wait while they brought the car over. Waited over 2 hours and no car ever showed and neither did an employee. Awful customer service. Do not rent through these guys I can't emphasize that enough.

My wife and I rented a car from Enterprise at their Bountiful location and were driving through Heber City when my car's low tire air warning light came on. Didn't want to take a chance so I checked Enterprise website and found the Heber City location was just a few miles away. We stopped in and Brent the location manager greeted us and checked and filled up all the tires. Brent was the location manager and he gave me his personal mobile number in case I ran into any other problems. Enjoyed the rest of our trip without any problems. Thank you Brent you are a great representation of Enterprise great customer service!!

We use Enterprise every time we rent a car. Easy to book a rental and the staff is great to work with when picking up your vehicle and dropping it off.

Nice well maintained vehicles. Friendly staff. I delt with three different employees all were extremely nice and helpful. I needed the car for a few extra days and they allowed me to rent longer with no problems. They left a wipe packet in the vehicle to wipe the steering wheel abd door handles this just gives added protection. I really loved the Jeep Grand Cherokee.Very comfortable, And nice to drive..I will rent Again.

Left stranded and without hope on the highway for hours. After paying for insurance and roadside service, enterprise did not deliver.

Stranded on the highway I-80 for hours without resolution from enterprise was frightening. If you don't have vehicles available for emergencies then you shouldn't be in the car business.

No staff on site... again. Over 2 years I have called this location multiple times and employee is never on site. Always in Park City. This time I asked if I could come down and see what was currently in stock. He told me he would call me back in 10-15 minutes and let me know if he had anything at all. ONE HOUR LATER... voicemail that they are out of stock of all vehicles for the next week. Enterprise website says several vehicles available for immediate rental at this Heber location. Sorry to say it but this Heber location truthfully should be shut down or management replaced. Any other enterprise site is fine but Heber site might as well not exist. Dont waste time here, nor would I support the PC branch as he works there too.

Suppose when ur the only place in town you can forget to mention deposits, say you’ll provide a ride at a specific time, call an hour afterward saying “sorry I was with another customer”, and completely make it impossible to make my arrangements because the agreements we made weren’t kept and important relevant details not mentioned. Good god don’t rely on this place

The staff at Enterprise in Heber were very accommodating in helping us coordinate our rental. Everyone I spoke with were extremely friendly. They even delivered car to our pick up location. Definitely recommend for a visit/ski trip.

I had a reservation for a all wheel drive rental they called and confirmed over two weeks prior. Went in and picked up a car asked about all wheel drive the young man gave us a Dodge caravan and said it should work I asked him again about all wheel drive he said that the van would work. Well with the snow that was on the road it took less than a mile to realize it was not all wheel drive. Turned around and he was leaving in a jeep with another customer. I tapped on the driver's window he looked at me and drove off. I was fuming. Went inside and waited till he came back. Then he said he would stick me into The jeep. I was ok with that but it was very dirty and under a half tank of gas. If he would not been so deceptive about the van and let me know that he didn't have a all wheel drive but use the van until one came in I would have been ok with it. Just felt like I was not important enough or smart enough to tell me the truth. Not cool at all

As soon as I got in the car the low tire light was on & there's a screw in the tire. I went in to tell the guy but he's gone. I called the # & he tells me to take it to "The Shop" to get the tire fixed for free. Isn't that his job to make sure the car is ready to go? The low tire light was not something you could miss.
