Someone at the business contacted me in the afternoon the day before I was supposed to drop my car off. This was after having my appointment scheduled for over a month. The only explanation I got was, you’re getting bumped! No attempt at rescheduling me, no offers of a new time, nothing other than you’re getting bumped. What terrible customer service!
