“I was blown away by how incredible an experience my family and I had at Lebrun Ford. My 18 year old son was in the market for a 4Runner. He had kept his eye out of for one for a while and knew what he was looking for. He found one on KSL and we made the drive to Heber from Salt Lake. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot we were met by Jim our salesman. He greeted us with a handshake and welcomed us to the dealership. I felt like I was talking with an old friend. He was so great to my son who was a bit nervous being his 1st time buying a car. He told us to take our time on the test drive and didn’t ask to go with us. I appreciated that as it gave us time to talk openly about the vehicle amongst ourselves. After returning from the test drive we told him we were interested. The paperwork was very smooth and easy. We felt the trade value was very fair for our trade in. I loved that they didn’t have any hidden fees and we weren’t charged for things we didn’t need. Jim even gave my son and I a hat as I thank you. It is definitely worth the drive to Labrum as it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. There was definitely a small town family vibe there and I could tell the staff were close and cared for each other. I will be returning the next time im in the market for a vehicle. “I’ve been going here for a while for good reason. They take care of my car very well and have been able to get a lot of things covered by my extended warranty. They were able to get things completed in just a few days this time. The only time I was annoyed at an issue was when it wasn’t clear that the remote start was connected to the car battery and I felt overcharged for the battery from what I could get from Costco but it has a warranty and they have more than made up for that miscommunication in other was! I will continue to go to them for help with my car.”

“Our Lexus was in need of a new water pump and I really didn’t want to take it all the way to Lindon to have it worked on. My brother-in-law has been taking his construction trucks/vehicles to The Shop since they opened and he highly recommended I give them a shot. Glad I did!! I took it in on a Tuesday and they had it fixed and back to me by Thursday of the same week! Great work, great people and great Shop! 5 stars!!!”

“I honestly didn’t know this kind of service still exists!
I had my water pump replaced at a different shop weeks before and asked them to check things out before I go on a trip pulling our trailer. I booked an appointment, they completed the job as planned and I thought that was good.

This last weekend we’re driving through Heber when our trucks temp starts climbing higher than normal. At the top of the canyon it warns high temp and I shut it down on the side of the road with an 8k lb trailer attached. Coolant is sprayed everywhere under the hood and we’re completely stranded. We’re lucky JV auto showed in Google with good reviews.

I called and explained our situation and they said we’ll be there in 20 min. I mention a HD truck and 30 foot trailer and they said,” yeah we got it”. Jose showed up on time, was very calming and knew exactly what to do. 10 minutes and our truck was on the flat bed and trailer hooked up behind going back down the mountain. On the way he asked if the shop that replaced the water pump replaced the thermostat. I said no they didn’t mention it. He shook his head.
We get to his shop and two of their guys jump in to find the issue. The radiator is blown, they show me the leak, quote the needed parts and expected labor…including thermostat, and say they can have it done in 3 hours including testing to make sure everything is good. We stayed in our trailer in their parking lot. He also walked out to show me how the old thermostat was also not moving properly.

3 hours later our truck is fixed, they had driven it up the canyon a way to verify it holding temp and had power, checked fluids and said we’d be good to continue our trip. They even mention they fixed a loose connection from when the last shop reconnected the fan clutch that was causing it to run sporadically.
We were able to make it to our destination 3 hours away with the truck running well the whole way. I was shocked when I got a text at 9pm from Jose asking to make sure we arrived safely.
We were in a desperate situation and they could have taken advantage of us but they didn’t. All in it was 4 1/2 hours from the time I called saying we were stranded to when we were hooked up and going again. They replaced an entire radiator on an f250. I still can’t believe how a disaster turned into an inconvenience. Thank you JV Auto!”

“I was on a long road trip when my brakes started getting hot and smelt as if they were over heating. I took my car in the next morning and I was so thankful for Travis and Heathers help. They made me feel at ease and assured me they would have the team do an all around safety check. After the check was complete, they showed me my brake pads and rotors and assured me I have plenty left and will make it home safely. I had them do a routine oil change and tire rotation while I was there. They did not try to upsell anything that I didn’t need. The team completed the safety checks quickly, but with the highest detail. I made it home safely from my road trip, and I am so thankful I took the time to stop and get my vehicle checked out. “We were visiting Heber City for Labor Day and we were on our way home when our vehicle started making horrible noises and leaking fluids. Not only were they open on Labor Day, but within 2 hours they took a look at the vehicle, diagnosed that it was a damaged belt that had broken an AC hose, and replaced the belt so that we could get home. On top of that they only charged me $100 parts and labor. They were great!”

“2016 Toyota Tacoma. Lift kit ordered, Old Man Emu, control arms by Rocky Road. Very good experience with helpful consultation from their Toyota experts. The kit installation was easier than anticipated. The control arms were a great addition, happy I chose them. The alignment, I did not do. But alignment shop said everything went excellent and all settings in factory specification. Kit came in a couple weeks, normal for these Australian parts. Very highly recommend this company for Tacoma parts and I plan on ordering more shortly. Thank you.

The manager named Chris was very informative, and super helpful, and went out of his way to meet the needs that I had come in with. He let me know things concerning my car situation that none of the other Walmarts ever let me know, even including my option of free fire rotations every 5,000 miles. I never knew I had this option available. Chris took the time to thoroughly go over my entire account!!!”
