“Went to Autozone in Heber, UT on a Sunday morning to get a new battery for my Chevy Tahoe. The team was very helpful. They helped me select the right battery and they installed it. Two of the store team members and the store manager all worked together to help me get it done quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend this team and location!”

“The sliders I wanted were on back-order and took a while to arrive. However, this was made clear when I placed the order, so I went in eyes wide open. The team was communicative every time I reached out, and when any major updates occurred, they were proactive in sending an email with the status.
Once they arrived, I had my sliders installed on-site, which was incredibly painless and absolutely worth the extra cost. The entire team was warm, pleasant, and definitely knew their stuff. The parts are solid, and the install looks great!
Look. I've read a lot of the other reviews, both good and bad. There may legitimate complaints people have, but let's face it: Rocky Road knows off-roading. I'd take that 10 times out of 10 over a company that excels at "excellent customer service" but sucks at the off-roading part (customer service ain't doing jack when you're grinding on rocks in the back-country). If you want a solid product from people who know their stuff, this is the place to go.”
