Robert and his employees at Arcadia Auto are absolutely wonderful. Honest, fast, trustworthy, reliable, informative, and much less expensive than nearby shops. Highly highly recommend! My car broke down and needed a new engine, Arcadia Auto got me a new one and replaced it in no time. I am new to the area and Arcadia Auto is definitely my new shop, I'll be back soon for oil changes and anything else I may need. Thank you Robert!

Robert was able to squeeze me in so that we wouldn't be stranded in town. Robert's brother found that the problem diagnosed by another mechanic wasn't the real issue. He got parts ordered right away and had me back on the road. Many thanks!

Took my car into get the brakes replaced and recently discovered that they used red loctite on all of my caliper mounts and overtorqued every other bolt they touched. They also said I needed a new caliper but now I'm not sure I believe that. Thought I was getting one hell of a deal and now I'm paying for it down the line.Service: Brake service & repair

Dude, these are my new mechanics. Service is super fast and they immediately picked up on what was wrong even before seeing under the hood. The guy seemed genuinely interested in making the repair and getting it right. In other words, this is a gem. An old school mechanic shop, not a run of the mill autoshop that's simply operated by people who are just employees, that treat you as if you're just the next car in line. It felt a lot more one on one. It's like the owner is there doing all the work too. I don't get that feeling at dealerships and big places.

This place is seriously the best - it was recommended to me by several Heber locals when I moved to town, and I will now only take my cars here. The service is quick, quality and the pricing is extremely fair. If you need any kind of repair in this area, please do yourself a favor and go to Arcadia. You guys rock!

We drove all the way from Arkansas to Utah on vacation in our Honda Oddessey van. A day after we arrived in Heber City the van started shaking and multiple check engine lights popped on. I called several auto shops, just based off of what came up first on google and they told me that they were booked for the next month and they couldn’t help me. I called Arcadia and they told me to come right over….I noticed that on google it said they closed within the hour so I rushed over. They immediately figured out what was wrong got the parts delivered from the parts store. I had a place to sit, was offered a drink and given the remote to watch a show while I waited. Within 1 hour I had my car fixed and was back on the road! They also stayed past closing time to help me. Thank you, you seriously saved us!
