The Heber store closes at 7:30p NOT EIGHT!! The service is great but that really messed up my night when I was counting on a crucial part for my heating system (as it’s cold now) and rushing there after work, please change your times online so they are ACCURATE!!!!!

They literally can't sell a Stihl weed whacker after 5pm because the children who work there don't know how. I was prepared to spend $500 on a weed whacker and they said come back tomorrow. Well, I need it at 8am for a job. The manager had zero input and walked away from me as I expressed myself on this issue. If I was the manager of a store I would address the upset customer's needs and offer a solution, not walk away. I will never spend another dollar with Timberline Ace Hardware. Also, the "Stihl expert" who sold us the last weed whacker said the brush trimmer attachment would fit on it, but it does not. Thus the need for an additional weed whacker.

Multiple occasions where ace has racially profiled my husband and every time he goes in they make him look as if he is doing something bad. First a lady went off on him a couple weeks and still they treat him bad disappointed in the service and their employees

Nice and clean, but website keeps showing item available for pickup and after a scavenger hunt, out of stock. Happened the only 2 times I’ve gone in. Dang
