Update: when we finally were served the gal at the desk was beyond helpful. Super smart, solved all our challenges. She explained they were short staffed and two employees didn't show that day. Thank you, Grey, for your help!

The staff was knowledgeable and professional. When I came into the store I was completely without the capability to make a phone call and within a few minutes they fixed the problem and I was on my way! I also needed a protector, mine had just cracked! They didn’t try to pressure me into getting anything else but the protector.
I needed to get a hold of customer support and they helped me with that!

My Father a longtime Verizon customer had a simple issue being locked out of his phone. He happened to accidentally turn on voice over and couldn't figure out how to turn off the feature. Subsequently he kept getting locked out of his phone because he couldn't enter passcode correctly. He visited this location to seek help. They told him they could not help him and he needed a new phone. What kind of low life's are going to not offer help for such a easy problem?

Store is supposed to close at 7 pm. I got turned away at 4:40pm because there’s no one to run the store.
