VERY UPSET! I wish I could put no stars! Update to my review 4 weeks ago, finally got my car back after 2 1/2 months. That right there is beyond ridiculous! So once I posted my review, the owner, Craig, said he would be on top of this and make sure it was top priority. Then he completely disappeared and was always out of town when I wanted to speak with him again. After they got the new engine and the turbos, I was once again promised dates that it would be done that never happened. Then their only mechanic got injured which things happen, I get it, but it felt like everything that could go wrong, did. Then it got pushed out another 2 weeks. I ended up calling my warranty company on 5 different occasions when SPS stated they were waiting on info from the warranty company to move forward, yet every time I called to address the matter, it was always something on SPS's end that the warranty company was waiting on. They ended up getting about $6000 from the warranty company to help cover some of the cost. During the entire time they had my car, we had to call for updates and only received a call from SPS when their mechanic was injured and when my car was finished, otherwise it was a joke to get ahold of someone for updates. When I finally went in to pick up my car, I was not apologized to once, they would not own up to any of the issues on their end and only made excuses. They did knock of $700 but I felt like they could do better or at least own up or apologize for ALL the issues in this process. Craig was out of town when I picked up so I was unable to discuss this with him and had a feeling once I paid any money for my car and drove away, that was that and low and behold, when Craig was back in town, we tried to talk to him to see if he would make this right and have a discussiom about this whole thing, but he didn't want to talk to us at all because of my previous bad review and said he would not discuss it further and we are just SOL. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service and nothing was ever done by the date they would give me. I also never got a single apology. I will leave a bad review for them everywhere I can. Since they got their money, that was that in their eyes. I am very fortunate that I work from home or don't have kids that would have needed driven around or I would have been completely screwed for over 2 mos. It's sad that I was referred to these guys by a family they have serviced for 30 years to be treated this way. I walked away feeling as if this was my fault somehow. I am in absolute shock the way we were treated.

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I had an issue with my turbos going out which caused it to blow my engine. Took my car in June 11th, and started a claim with my warranty company to see what they would cover with the damage. A week went by with no word. Had to call for an update to find out nothing had been done and the warranty company had yet to receive the pictures they needed of the damage. I was then promised they were going to get the new engine ordered and they would tear it down to take the pictures. I had to continuously call for updates to keep getting told deadlines that never happened and things kept getting pushed back. They finally got the motor like July 11th (a month in now without a car) then they finally find the turbo issue. They took like another week til they finally ordered the turbos and sent the pictures to the warranty company. Then I was told the second the turbos came in, it would only be about an hours worth of work and it would be done. Well the turbos were set to arrive July 29th and now they just realized that they got the wrong engine.... really?! Like weeks later this was caught after everything else?! I cannot believe how many times I was told it would be done the next week and now we are coming up on almost 2 months I have been carless to now have to wait for another engine to be ordered and come in..... I will NEVER come here again and I hope no one has to deal with this... the lack of c

My car had a blow out just up the street from this location. I limped it into the parking lot and spoke with the friendly workers in the bay. I explained that I had custom wheels on the car and my son that lived near by was going to pick me up to retrieve a stock wheel and tire to put on for the blown tire.
When I returned with my tire, all 4 of my wheels were off my car. I questioned the workers why they did that and was told that Rusty told them to. I went and found Rusty and explained that I already spoke to the workers and they knew I only had one wheel to change. He told me no problem, I will have them put your wheels and tires back on.
While waiting in showroom, Rusty loudly for everyone to hear mocked a customer who had inquired about getting his bearings on his boat trailer fixed for an upcoming Powell trip.
Next, a shop worker came in and reported that he had broke a wheel stud off one of the wheels they were never asked to work on. I was then told, for $100 they would repair it. When I reminded them that they broke it doing unauthorized work, Rusty told me he would cover half the cost because that repair was to labor intensive for him to cover. Labor is too expensive for him, but apparently it should not be for me?
They didn't repair my car, I took my now broken vehicle and left.
I don't know how a place keeps the doors open with men like Rusty running the show.
I will never do business with them again
I hope the others there find a better place to work.
Im sure Rusty bad mouthed me to everyone, just like the boat trailer customer, as I had the audacity to request they repair the damage they caused.

Been going to this place for five years and about six months ago they are not fixing things right.got oil change and plug was leaking took it back and they said they forgot to put the washer on the drain plug.. still leaking and been back several times and still leaking well today Andrew called me back and said come in and we will figure out what to do Well I went back and Andrew was nowhere to be found and Rusty said he might be in the back bathroom
I waited 25min. No Andrew
I don't recommend SPS tire
They do shoty work now days.
25-min.i waited Rusty acting like he didn't know what was going on..i will not recommend them anymore.
Been going there for five years and the last year has not been good....

Arrived at SPS for an alignment 0800, got it in real quick. Came out at 0852 saying the passenger side tie rod broke when the put on the balancer, they needed to get a price to repair. Told me it will cost $382.49 including the alignment I came in for. Let me know it would only be 1.2 hours to finish. It is now 1038 still waiting for a repair due to damage caused by them.
They never offered a reduced rate or even pay for the repair of the damage they did them selves.
Edit 1105 when finally complete they tired to charge my 409
Update: Craig Butters requested I reach out to him. I have called 4 times left messages made it to his direct line once. I have not heard anything back from him
Update: Craig contacted me and he made things right. He explained some things and had the managers contacting me and also apologize. I waited to respond until I received a credit on account.

My family and I have been servicing our vehicles here for years and trust their expertise. My daughter went there to have the oil changed in her car. She unknowingly did this a few thousand miles early so it didn't need to be changed. They were honest and said it didn't need to be changed. That's something I really appreciate about SPS.

I had noticed the digital sign on the corner while driving by that mentioned check engine lights, so one morning after dropping my kid to carpool for school and heading home when my check engine light came on, I headed right over. Based on the history of the car, I wasn't surprised what the issue was, but they had me fixed up & out the door for less than $150 & in about an hour, I think. Fast, friendly, explained everything clearly. ??
