My new car was rear ended. I couldn't see any damage, but wanted some reassurance there wasn't anything wrong. Roger was so nice and looked it over for me the any damage I wouldn't know to look for!

R & M exceeds expectations! Even with limited workers, Roger and his crew were responsive, reasonably priced and extremely fast getting my truck in and out for repair…… if they don’t answer the phone right away, don’t worry about it, they are working in back and will get back to you. I thought my truck would be there all week and it was done in one day. Highly recommend!

Look at other collision repair shops before you consider R&M. While they may be able to repair body damage to your vehicle, there is a high likelihood they will cause other problems that cost you more time and money. I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents who took their vehicle in for body damage repair left by someone who damaged their vehicle and didn't leave a note to make it right.
The entire experience with R&M was a headache from start to finish. When the day of service arrived, we needed to drop the vehicle off by 8am. No one in sight even though they said they would be there by that time. You don't want to know where they told us to leave the keys.
More than a week later, we went back to pick it up. Everything looked good on the outside. Body damage was fixed. However, while R&M cut off one proverbial head, more heads popped up, and they weren't prepared to slay them. The sensors on the dash were all messed up when the collision repair was repaired. The dash on the vehicle looked like a light show in Vegas. In all, there were 17 sensor codes flashing- not connected correctly.
Of course we called and called and called R&M to fix the problem they created. Out of several phone calls (only a couple of which he called back) and assurance that they would make it right, absolutely no follow-up or actionable steps to repair the problems. We are left holding the bag. R&M should not have taken our vehicle for collision repair if they aren't equipped to be sure the dashboard sensors would be connected and functional again.
My parents had to make an appointment at the dealer (an hour away), and what was supposed to be one cost for one job is now double that in time and expense.
R&M Collision must stand by their work from start to finish. They caused dashboard troubles and they weren't equipped or capable of fixing it. We never would've taken this vehicle to R&M if we had known the additional hassle they inflicted.

Sunroof was frozen open. Nobody else would work on it or wanted $$$$. R&M took care of it for much less.

I have never needed work done on a car so wasn't sure what to expect when I had to replace my door. Roger was excellent - attentive and efficient but more importantly, he fixed the door perfectly and made it look like it came with the car. He is a true magician - it blew my mind how well he matched the color, etc. I will recommend him to everyone who needs work done on their car.

Was looking for a good paint guy for my rare Subaru parts and I came across these guys, I took my parts in and they were super helpful, and Roger killed it with customer service and laying down the paint, now my parts all look amazing and I can't wait to get them on!Will be coming back with more stuff and recommending R&M to my buddies!

Roger did a great job putting my car back together after a suicidal deer chose my car as his mark. Roger worked with my insurance and the whole process was as painless as possible. Hopefully I won't need an auto body shop again in the near future but if I do I'll choose R&M.

I was very inconvenient when the trunk door couldn't be opened during the road trip, but fortunately, I met Mr. Roger's enthusiastic help when I was rejected by many car repair shops! Mr. Roger repaired the boot door very professionally and efficiently. Roger is a very warmhearted and kind person! He also declined our payment many times and said he was just helping with a small favor. Fully recommend this place for car repair and Mr. Roger. Thank you so much ??
