Petco is really going down hill with products They have always carried Blue Ridge Salmon Jerky. They decided to stop carrying a healthy products and instead carry Pupperoni treats which are not so healthy. I can order on line but the ones I keep getting are always dry and crumble. So sad it was a great pet supply store not so much any more.

Me and my girlfriend come here all the time
and have a good experience for our cat, dog and most of the time reef tank with coral frags and aqua-cultured fish.
I had vital care until they removed the 20% off livestock.
I returned a Kenya tree coral that was in my tank as I didn’t want the coral anymore to make room for acros montis etc.
What concerned me was the person helping me took the coral and put it in the tank and then subsequently poured my tank water in their frag tank.
My water is clean in the capacity that I have a healthy mature tank but just a poor practice for the live stock at the store.
Factors to consider would be uronema marinum, copper in the water, parasites on the coral etc.
Their frag tank does have aiptasia but it’s possible to remedy this with berghia nudibranch. I have a healthy goniopora from this store. This was acquired before they got their new frag tank. I have a healthy montipora a bit slow growing but healthy from this store.
I would like to see you guys move some mollies over to marine as they are euryhaline also some copepods and macro algae’s would be nice addition since there aren’t fish or reef stores in Ogden.

Zane is who to help you buy your fish at this at Petco. I found his aquatic expertise is phenomenal! After he finished helping me with my choices he went the extra mile and asked if I had any more questions. I found this very refreshing and will my my fish there from now on!

Left a one star review before but coming back to edit it…. Yet again, completely ignored in aquatics. The young lady inventorying bettas had time to visit with, make out with and get her drink what I assume her boyfriend brought her —- but couldn’t manage a simple “hello or can I help you” to a customer. Pathetic! Going to a different store from here out.

I have always been a huge supporter of petco but today the manager herself at HARRISVILLE PETCO was VERY unprofessional and out of her place! Left there with an upset toddler because her opinion was put first about FISH ( which I am very experienced in) i am disgusted and won’t be back, its my money i am spending not yours, you do your job cleaning tanks and feed animals that are set out TO BE SOLD!!!

Wow I was pleasantly surprised on how awesome their aquatic section was set up in this location it is far the best setup I've ever seen they should clone their aquatic manager and send them out to other stores

We went there for Tokay geckos, got two of them, they're in great health! The guy working there was super knowledgeable and very friendly. They also had lego sets which my kid loved!
