Do not take your dog here for grooming she messed up my dogs haircut the other day. You Been Warned good thing it's winter, I can keep my dog indoors until her hair grows back. Poor baby, even I feel embarrassed for her. I talked to the store manager a guy name Kieth and he totally blew it off, watching the groomer interact with the manager, I'm pretty sure they are a couple or dating each other. It was like she was bossing him telling him to ignore me with one of her hands on his chest. I figure I'm not gonna get nothing accomplished with this manager especially if there are a couple or dating or whatever they got going on there should be policy's against that for this very reason. Im sorry all I can do is warn any other potential customers. Try the other petco, I don't think all locations have horrible service only this location.

Groomers were rude and unprofessional in person and on the phone. Had 1 cashier with a line of at least 5-6 people before someone else arrived. Cost of grooming was expensive for the quality of grooming my dog received. Oh and the "report card" looked like a 3 year old wrote it and the cashier never gave it back to me when I checked out. I won't be bringing either of my dogs back to this store. This is at least the third time we've received poor grooming service and attitude from employees.

Nicest staff that I have ever experienced at a pet store. I have been going here consistently for around a year and I have never had a bad experience. Nick at the register is always super nice, truly seems to love animals, and my dog is always excited to see him. Also, my pup seems to hate getting her nails trimmed, but relaxes as soon as I hand her off to Zoie in the groomers who we have had almost every time if not every time. Keep it up PetCo

Usually they do a good job here at grooming. When I made the appointment and told them most likely I'll be a little bit late , since I will be working and would bring the dogs on my lunch break . As soon as I clocked out for my lunch I tried to call them to let them know I am on my way ,they did not answer the phone. I got there at 1:45 my appointment was for 1:30 the groomer that assisted me chastise me that was an over an hour late (only 15 minutes )And that I would put her behind . She said the only thing that she could do is reschedule.. I declined let's just say I'm not taking my dogs there again.

I have a very hyper dog who is a mix of lab pit heeler border collie. He has anxiety and I take him to Petco to be groomed Kimberlee there is wonderful and does such a great job with him.
