“Ordering was great, a bit pricey for frozen delivery to Florida, so I settled for freeze-dried, other than that, the prices were awesome, everything came in in great condition. “The associates are very well informed and are able to help out and answer questions usually without hesitation, only issue is I feel like they are short staffed because at times it takes awhile to be helped or you wait in the checkout line for a little bit. But that's understandable because of the location they're usually busy.”

“Hamster passed away from old age and was trying to decide if we should transition to a guinea pig. The workers were amazing and answered all my questions. The young man got them out and let my daughter pet them. He also got down on her level and was talking to her about guinea pigs. Really great employee's!”

“I lucked out finding this awesome site. Was looking for a leash to match a retired pattern. Not only did I find that ,but also found the cutest Gnome pattern for Christmas. Purchased the collar , leash and got a free keychain as well. Jill was such a pleasure to work with. I had to add something to my Order after I had placed it and she was quick to return my call and take care of me. I really enjoyed talking to her. Will be sure to tell my friends about her Site. “very helpful and friendly employees most of the time. always clean except on freight days. very disappointed that they can't keep the dry dog food our dog needs for her allergies. so have to shop at another store that isn't petco and miss out on the credit towards a free bag of dog food.”
“My kennels were packed well prior to shipping, this was confirmed with pictures they sent me prior to shipping. However some panels did receive some minor damage during shipping, not bad enough to refuse the shipment. I described the damage on the shipping invoice, took pictures and contacted k9 kennels.They were quick to address my concerns and and make things right! This is my second purchase from k9 kennels, and I have yet to find a better constructed kennel.I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH!”
