The label printer went down so they couldn't finish filling my prescription, but they were on the phone with tech services immediately to get it figured out. This is just the latest reason I believe those that work this pharmacy care about each patient even though they likely have more than they can handle. “Went here early in the morning to get the Covid Test that the Taylorsville location couldn't (or wouldn't) help resolve after their machines broke. We could tell the staff was a bit stressed likely from the calls and notes left and also the long line, but they handled it like professionals. They listened to our case and willingly took our information and found our appointments and got us through with a smile. Night and day difference from what we experienced yesterday. Thank you!”
